心靈書架 Spiritual Bookshelf スピリチュアルな 本棚 Spirituelles Bücherregal心靈書架 # 9 『 如何擺脫負面情緒（下）？ 』你好，過去這個禮拜，你過得好嗎？春節假期馬上就快要到了，今年的春節假期前後有九天，您已經安排好要如何過這個春節長假了嗎？因春節關係1/26 將暫停播出一次。不曉得你是否還記得小時候過年的場景嗎？一年當中，我小時候最期盼的就是農曆過年，除了過新年穿新衣，除舊布新，舊事已過，一切都變成新的，有新的盼望和新的開始以外，還有圍爐吃年夜飯、領紅包、擲骰子，全家人在歡樂聲、驚呼聲及鞭炮聲中一起守歲。但是隨著春節假期一天一天的流逝，我的心情也會跟著一天一天的沉重起來，心想：哇！怎麼那麼快春節假期就要過完了，而且越是倒數，心情就越沉重，原來人從小小的年紀就可能開始會有負面情緒了。大家好，我是飛利浦，讓我們繼續來討論，有什麼好方法可以幫助我們擺脫負面情緒，從容地應付生活上或工作上的各式各種壓力，活出喜樂滿足的人生。如果您喜歡我們的頻道，歡迎訂閱並分享給可能也有需要的朋友在上一集當中，我們分享了，『如何擺脫負面情緒』的6B口訣當中的前三項口訣，打破循環：Break the Cycle、移除偏見：Block Bias、正向思考：Build brainpower、今天讓我們繼續來分享我們從閱讀神經的可塑性這本好書當中，所整理出來的另外三個口訣，分別是：防微杜漸Be Aware of Negative Drifts、看見所信：Belief brings vision、走出失去：Bounce back 4.防微杜漸 Be Aware of Negative Drifts「悄悄展開的積非成是」與「確認偏誤」是我們陷入負面思維的另一個原因。當我們相信某件事情是負面的，我們的大腦會不自覺地尋找證據來支持這個想法，這就是確認偏誤（Confirmation Bias）。一個負面的想法之所以能夠深植在我們的腦海中，是因為這個負面的想法出現得非常緩慢，以致於就如同溫水煮青蛙一樣，等我們察覺的時候已經根深蒂固在我們的腦海中了。而這些不著痕跡的改變讓我們逐漸地相信自己是害羞的、懶惰的或者是不夠好的，我們需要重新弄清楚自己真正的樣子，不要被這些謊言所欺騙。有一對姐妹，從小父母常常在無意間提到姐姐成績比妹妹好，姐姐適合繼續升學，而妹妹很有運動天份，適合去學跳舞，後來妹妹果然成了舞者，但其實妹妹本來是想要上大學念建築系的，只不過因為她覺得當職業舞者是父母的期望，而父母也不斷地告訴妹妹說她有跳舞的天份，當妹妹說出她的感受時總是被父母否定，因為父母非常想要妹妹當舞者以致於忘了考慮她是否真的樂意這麼做，反過來說，妹妹自己也相信了除了跳舞以外她什麼都做不好，這對他作為一個人的信心和自主性造成的重大的衝擊，妹妹感覺自己是被迫做一些不想做的事情，最終自己也被困住了。從上面這個真實的故事當中，我們可以知道家庭對一個人的影響是全面的，溫暖穩定的家庭能給予孩子安全感，使其更願意探索世界、接受挑戰。像賈伯斯（Steve Jobs）雖然從小被父母拋棄，但養父母給予他極大的自由與支持，讓他勇於創新與冒險，就如我們所知道的，賈伯斯對世界產生了深遠切革命性的影響，他不僅改變了科技產業，更徹底改變了人們的生活方式、工作模式和娛樂方式。而父母如何面對壓力與情緒，更是直接影響孩子的情緒管理能力。此外，家庭是孩子學習愛與關係的起點，父母之間的關係絕對會成為孩子日後戀愛或婚姻關係的模板：所以有專家說過，父母能夠給兒女婚姻最大的祝福跟幫助，就是父母彼此相愛，而如果父母以積極態度面對挫折，孩子也會學習到面對困難的方法。可見家庭教育不能只著眼於孩子的考試的成績，更重要的是在於孩子的生命教育，如果我們希望我們的下一代能夠有正向、開朗、積極、樂觀、及友善的人生態度，我們自己就要先成為一個正向、開朗、積極、樂觀及友善的人。然而我們可能維持著很多年的負面想法，例如：我很害羞、我做不來那一個、我不值得被愛，我不夠好我們需要忘掉別人對我們所說過的負面話語，要忘掉我們頭腦中一直維持著的謊言，重新弄清楚你真正的樣子，如果你願意的話，你絕對可以恢復自己，成為一個正向、開朗、積極、樂觀及友善的人，這不是為了你自己而已，這也是在幫助你的兒女們也能夠成為一個正向、開朗、積極、樂觀及友善的人，而這些人格特質的重要性，遠遠大於考試考第一名。5.看見所信：Belief brings vision在1980年代有一個很重要的研究，要求接受測試的人，先讓化妝師在臉上畫上疤痕，然後再去參加求職的面試，但是受試者所不知道的是，被畫在他們臉上的傷疤，在面試前已經被清除乾淨了，但這些接受測試的人，仍然表示在面試的時候，感到非常不自在，他們還說面試官對他們的表現有偏見，而且一直盯著他們的傷疤看，對他們粗魯無理。這個研究結果佐證了，對自己的負面感覺，會影響到一個人的自信心與自尊心，並讓自己感到無力感。各位聽到這個研究的結論，有沒有感到很震驚？沒想到一個負面的思考會帶來這麼嚴重的後果。如果我們告訴自己今天將會過得很糟糕，我們的大腦會找到方法以及理由來強化這種信念，而我們也會在這一天剩下的時間裡，尋找到方法來證明今天過得真的很糟糕。其實對自己的負面看法所產生的影響力不是只有一天而已，如果我們認為自己就是一個很沒有用的人，這個影響力可能導致我們一輩子都會變成是一位沒有用的人，當我們聽到負面影響力帶來的殺傷力這麼可怕，我們真的是要認真嚴肅的對付，並且要連根拔除，自己心裡面當中的負面情緒對我們生命的影響。奧普拉·（Oprah Winfrey），從小深受家庭暴力的侵害，長大後也持續遭受到周圍環境的歧視。但是歐普拉學會接納自己的過去，將這些痛苦轉化為內在力量。利用逆境激發潛力：打造了《歐普拉脫口秀》，成為影響力巨大的媒體人。她說：我們會成為我們所相信的那個人。好消息是，不論我們過去的人生成長過程如何，我們都可以改變我們原本的故事，調整對自己的論述，當我們相信什麼？我們就會看見什麼，當我們內心深處相信什麼，我們的大腦就會塑造我們看世界的方式，也會塑造我們對待周圍人的方式。6.走出失去：Bounce Back 研究顯示，當我們經歷失去的時候，負責疼痛處理和調節的大腦區域會變得活躍，這說明了我們感受到的痛苦不只是在精神上的，而且也是在身體上的當我們感到疼痛的時候大腦裡面的『導水管周圍灰質的區域』就會活躍起來，該區域負責釋放正腎上腺素，來抑制減低大腦的警覺性，讓我們不會因為疼痛而疲憊不堪、輾轉難眠，這顯示我們的大腦正在努力抑制訊號，讓我們比較好過。納尼亞傳奇的作者，C.S. 路易斯（C.S.
