2. 英雄之旅（Hero’s Journey）， 源自美國的神話學家約瑟夫·坎伯 Joseph Campbell (是美國的神話學家、作家和教授，其著名的研究領域為比較神話學和比較宗教學，他的研究工作涵蓋諸多人類經驗的面相)。坎伯的巨著是《千面英雄》 (1949年)，其中討論了全世界神話故事的英雄旅程與其轉化過程，並且從中揭露同一原型的英雄。坎伯指出所有故事的敘述方式，都依循著古代神話的模式：
「一個英雄從平凡世界進入冒險世界，得到了神話般的力量，並取得了決定性的勝利後，帶著某種能力從這個神秘的冒險中回來，和他的同胞共享利益」。並將故事敘事模式分成三大部分：啟程 、啟蒙和回歸。
之後克里斯多夫‧佛格勒，在《作家之路》中，則以坎伯的千面英雄為架構，並結合榮格心理學，進一步提出英雄之旅的12個階段。
所有故事，都包含幾項在神話、童話、夢境及電影中都找得到的基本元素，我們統稱為「英雄之旅」。

2. 英雄之旅（Hero’s Journey）， 源自美國的神話學家約瑟夫·坎伯 Joseph Campbell (是美國的神話學家、作家和教授，其著名的研究領域為比較神話學和比較宗教學，他的研究工作涵蓋諸多人類經驗的面相)。坎伯的巨著是《千面英雄》 (1949年)，其中討論了全世界神話故事的英雄旅程與其轉化過程，並且從中揭露同一原型的英雄。坎伯指出所有故事的敘述方式，都依循著古代神話的模式：
「一個英雄從平凡世界進入冒險世界，得到了神話般的力量，並取得了決定性的勝利後，帶著某種能力從這個神秘的冒險中回來，和他的同胞共享利益」。並將故事敘事模式分成三大部分：啟程 、啟蒙和回歸。
之後克里斯多夫‧佛格勒，在《作家之路》中，則以坎伯的千面英雄為架構，並結合榮格心理學，進一步提出英雄之旅的12個階段。
所有故事，都包含幾項在神話、童話、夢境及電影中都找得到的基本元素，我們統稱為「英雄之旅」。
