Since her diagnosis, she’s become an entrepreneur, an international best-selling author, a feminist activist and an advocate for the LGBT+ community. 105: (40 Min - BPM 117-180) Mostly Rock, with a Touch of Jazz
The 105th episode is rock, jazz, and hip-hop. The BPM range is 117-180. Fine vocal jazz returns to the JTIP, mixed in with some great rock and a bit of hip hop. Not yet fit for speed? Shorten your stride or slow your pace for the fast tracks. It's still great running.
