Episode 16: “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”
Luke 2:52. In order for something to grow, it requires care and nurturing in the ways it needs. This scripture tells me that even Jesus needed care in order to increase and grow. And He grew in several areas or elements of His creation. In this episode, we break down self-care into workable areas so you can create your own daily self-care regimen. If your desire is to grow, progress and increase, then a self-care strategy is not only appropriate but needful.

D&C 123: 16-17. What does “by being kept workways” teach us about self-care in the Lord’s way? Another wonderful scriptural phrase we can look at to help us understand the divine importance of self-care.

Moroni 10:6-8, 32-33. We can connect the commandment of loving our neighbor as ourselves to the truthful principles of “knowing thyself” and “to thine own self be true.” Why is it not only appropriate but needful to honor these principles of truth if we want to live in joy, peace and freedom?

As I ease back into work after maternity leave, I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to fall into the cycle of what’s next, from the next milestone, the next client, to the next big win, without ever stopping to acknowledge how far we’ve come.If you’re a mom, an entrepreneur, or both, this is a gentle nudge to rethink the hustle and consider the cos...

EP14: Finding Your Life's Purpose - No Pressure, Just Presence
In this episode, Clint and Rachelle unpack one of the biggest questions people ask after deconstructing faith: What is my purpose now? They explore how the church taught purpose as a pressure-filled assignment—something to earn, prove, and perform for God—and how awakening reframes it as something to remember. Your purpose isn’t a role, title, or mission. It’s the unfolding of love and awareness through you, right now. From reinterpreting Jeremiah 29:11 to discovering purpose through awakening, they challenge the idea of a divine “blueprint” and reveal why purpose is not something you chase, but s...

Today I got to sit down with Rachelle Chase who just returned from serving as a mission leader in Chicago. We spoke about how we can find rest even in the most crazy and trying times. God doesn't promise "comfortable." But He absolutely promises to comfort us in our afflictions, to walk with us, to lift us and sustain us beyond anything we could do alone. Because of our covenants we can trust those promises and walk in the joy of His light no matter what is going on in our lives and the world around us.

June is a recalibration month of sorts. It's not that we won't be moving, working, and showing up where we're called to, but there will be quite a bit of emphasis on slowing down, tuning in, reevaluating, and perhaps more importantly, digesting.
