それでは大野さん、今回は『TLTを受けるべき理由』という事なんですが…。
TLTというのは、チームリーダーズトレーニングの略ですけれども、まもなく全国の各チャプターで新しい期を迎えようとしているわけですけれども、リーダーシップチームとサポートチームはもちろんなんですけども、ほとんどのチャプターで全てのメンバーの皆さんに受講を推奨、あるいは必須というような形でお伝えいただいてるんじゃないかと思います。
今回は、せっかくそのトレーニングを受けてくださる皆様によりその成果を大きくするために、今回このポッドキャストの回を用意させていただこうと思っています。
まず、リーダーシップチームそしてサポートチームのそれぞれの役割をお引き受けくださった皆さんのコミットメント対してお礼を申し上げます。ありがとうございます。

そうなんですよ。実はプレジデントをやることになりまして。
あー、そういえばそうおっしゃってましたよね。

他のチャプターのプレジデントを務めてくださる皆さんも同じく、リーダーシップチームの皆さんはこれから担っていただく役割によって、たくさんの人、他の人の人生を大きく変える可能性があるということもぜひ覚えておいていただきたいと思います。
それとリーダーシップチームではなくてもサポートチームはもちろん、特に役割を与えられていないメンバーの皆さんも、このトレーニングの重要性をぜひ理解していただきたいなと思ってます。というのも、皆さんご存知の通りBNIを使って結果を出すためには、まず信頼関係を作っていかないといけないですよね。
そのためにはチャプターにおいてメンバーの皆さん一人一人がどういう風に自分の役割を果たすか、そして一人のメンバーとしてどの様に周りのメンバーを助けられるかということが、信頼関係構築においてとても大切なわけですよね。
ですので、ご自身が担う役割をしっかりと理解して、期待されるように、あるいはそれ以上に全うできれば周りからの信頼を高めることができると言うことですよね。
つまり他のメンバーたちがリファーラルを出しやすくなると言うことになります。
安： なるほど！
大野： あと今回、特に役割が決まってない人でも他の人たちがどういう役割を担っているかということを理解して、そのお手伝いを適切にできれば、やはり信頼度を高めることができます。ここで1つですね覚えておいていただきたい言葉があるんですけども、『1つの仕事のやり方はすべての仕事のやり方に等しい』という言葉。
これはですね、皆さんのチャプターの中での仕事ぶりや、振る舞いを見て、周りの人たちは、ご自身の事業における仕事の仕方ですね。これを想像するっていうことがごく自然なことなはずなんですよ。
あぁそうですね。
リーダーシップチームの皆さんも同じなんですけども、リーダーシップチームの場合は他の人たちよりもさらにその仕事ぶりがことさら目立つので、その度合いが高まるわけですね。
つまりチャプターメンバーであればリーダーシップチームとかサポートチームとか関係なくですねそこにこのチームリーダーズトレーニングのモジュール１とモジュール２を受講すべき理由があるということですね。
それと他にもですねトレーニングを積極的に受講すべき理由があるんですけれども、それはチームリーダートレーニングで学んでいただいて、チャプターで実践する事のほとんどは実は、ご自身の本業、事業において応用していただいたりとか、活用をするっていうことができるんですね。
なのでチャプター運営についてだけ学ぶトレーニングではないということ。
ご自身がどんな姿勢や心構えで受講するかということが、ご自身にとってももちろんなんですけども、他のメンバーにとっても、チャプターにとってもとても大切な問題なわけですね。
今回、このメッセージをポッドキャストで取り上げることにしたきっかけというのは、残念なことなんですがこれまでにやはりトレーニングをちゃんと正しい姿勢で受けていなかったがためにですね、信頼を損なってしまって、リファーラルがほとんどもらえなくなってしまったりとか、つまりはビジネスの機会を大きく失ってしまった人を見てきたっていうことがあるんですね。
あーなるほど。
個人的には同じトレーニングを2回受講するといいのではないかと思っています。
2回も受けなくていいでしょって、思われるかもしれないですけど、何故かと言うと、1回目はチャプターの中でのご自身の役割と他のメンバーの役割の連携がどうなっているかとか全体的に理解するってのが1回目。
2回目はですねご自身のビジネスにどうやってそれを応用できるかあるいは活用できるかっての考えながら受講するといいわけですよ。
安： あー、なるほどそういう風に理解は受ければいいということですね。
大野： そうですね。よくBNIは、チームスポーツに例えられたりするんですけども、ラグビーでよく言われている、『ワンフォーオール、オールフォーワンと』言う言葉がありますよね。これがそのまま当てはまると思うんですけども、一人は皆のために、皆はひとつの目的とか目標のために、という意味ですよね。
要は、メンバーひとり一人の姿勢とか行動というのが、チャプターの成功のためにあって、皆はチャプターのひとつの目標とか目的のための存在であって、それが結果として一人ひとりのビジネスの成功につながっていくということなんですね。
なので一人ひとりのメンバーである皆さんが、チャプターの中で信頼度を高めていってリファーラルを増やす。そのための土台を作ると言うこと。
そして個々のメンバーによって大きな成果をもたらすチャプターに成長していく、チームとしてですね。一人一人がその自身の成長と同時に主体的で積極的な関わりをチャプター内で持っていくためにですね、このチームリーダーズトレーニングというものを活用していただきたいなというふうに思いますす。
既にこのチームリーダーズトレーニングを受けた人も、これからの人も、まだこのポッドキャストを聞いてらっしゃらない方が周りにいればですね、ぜひ教えてあげていただきたいですね。
