消逝的终归会被匆忙代谢，应该让她在被遗忘前发挥最后的余热，这一期我们和盘托出在北京开一家餐厅的是是非非，定位，选址，房租纠纷，四股势力，装修，招聘，菜品，营收，恶意竞争，运营，推广，有点像智者的最后一本书的意味，婆婆妈妈，语重心长，恨不能让你赶紧开个餐馆然后茁壮成长。
是一段记忆，更是一种体验，终将结束，也总会有所收获。
