ותושבע"פ להפרשה. ויובן עפמ"ש (פ"ה דאבות) עשרה דורות מאדם עד נח להודיע כמה ארף אפים לפניו כו' עשרה דורות מנח ועד אברהם כו' עד שבא א"א וקיבל שכר כולם. והנה בכ"מ מספר עשרה הוא כנגד עשרת הדברות שהם מכוונים נגד ע"ס שהאציל השם יתברך לבריאת העולם. והיו עשרה דורות מאדם ועד נח לתקן כל פגם קלקול אדה"ר ולהתברר בכל המדות ואז בדור המבול היה ראוי למתן תורה כמו"ש במ"ר (משפטים פ' ל') ובזוהר הקדוש (ח"ג רט"ז ב') והיה אז נפש משה רבינו כמו שנרמז בשג"ם גי' משה. והיו זוכין לתורה שבכתב ותורה שבעל פה שנרמזו במש"נ נבקעו כל מעינות תהום רבה מבועי דחכמתא לתתא וארובות השמים נפתחו תרעי דחכמתא לעילא כמו"ש בזוהר הקדוש (ח"א קי"ז א') ואז היו מתקנים כל פגם הנחש כמו שיהיה לעתיד. וע"י שהיו מכעיסין לפניו נהפכו למים הזדונים ונשטפו כולם במי המבול ולא נשאר מהם רק נח. ומטעם זה נחשבו בעשרה דורות שקודם המבול בכל א' חשבון הכולל כל ימי חייהם. מפני שבהחיים שחיו אחר שהולידו ראש הדור לא היה להם חיים מחודש שכל עיקר החיים שלהם היה רק שיצא א' הנחשב בחשבון הדורות שמזה יצא נח ונבנה העולם משא"כ מה שחיו אח"כ והולידו בנים ובנות מזה לא נשאר שום השארה שהרי נשטפו במבול. ונכללו החיים שחיו אחר שהולידו ראש הדור עם החיים שחיו קודם וע"י כן נקראו בלשון חיים. וכיון שנכללו כל ימי חייהם יחד כתיב וימת. משא"כ בעשרה דורות שמנח ועד אברהם שבפ' זו. שנשאר גם ממה שהולידו ראש הדור. שמהבנים ובנות נשארו אומות ויש בהם חיים כמש"נ ואתה מחיה את כולם כידוע אבל אינם דומים להחיים שחיו קודם שהולידו ראש הדור שמזה נשתלשל ויצא אברהם וזרעו שהם חיי עולם. וכיון שאין ב' החיים דומים זה לזה ע"כ לא נכלל בהם יחד החיים שחיו מקודם עם החיים שחיו אח"כ. וכיון שלא נכללו כל ימי חייהם יחד לכן לא כתיב בהו וימת. זולת בנח שלא הוליד כלל אחר המבול. ונכללו החיים שחי אחר המבול בכלל החיים שחי עד שהוליד שם חם ויפת שמהם נבנה העולם ולא היה להשנים שחי אח"כ חיים מחודש. וע"כ כתיב בו ויהי כל ימי נח וגו' וימת. וכן בתרח שאחר שחי ע' שנה והוליד אברם נחור והרן לא הוליד כלל ולא היו בחייו שחי אח"כ שורש חיים מחודש בפ"ע וע"כ נכללו כל ימיו יחד וכתיב וימת תרח בחרן. וכן העשרה דורות שמנח ועד אברהם הם ג"כ במספר עשר שהיה ראוי לתקן כל הפגם. ואמר להודיע כו' שכל הדורות היו מכעיסין ובאין עד שבא אברהם אבינו וקבל שכר כולם. מה שלא אמר מקודם. שמעשרה דורות אלו נשאר השארה וכל הני"ק שהיה בהם קיבל אאע"ה. שהוא נתנסה בעשר נסיונות שהם ג"כ כנגד ע"ס. ועמד בכולם ונתברר בכל המדות. והוא זכה שקיים כל התורה כולה עד שלא נתנה (כמו שנאמר יומא כח:) והיינו אף תורה שבעל פה כמוש"ש אפי' ערובי תבשילין. וגם כל התורה כולה כיון שלא נצטוה עליה רק נעשו ב' כליותיו כמין ב' רבנים והיו נובעות ומלמדות אותו תורה וחכמה כמו שנאמר (ב"ר פ' סא) והוא בחינת תורה שבעל פה שנובע בלב מדברי אלהים חיים. וז"ש בתנחומא אח"כ במעלת תורה שבעל פה לפי שאין לומד אותה אלא מי שאוהב הקב"ה בכל לבו ובכל נפשו ובכל מאודו וכו' ואבהבה מדת אאע"ה דכ' אברהם אוהבי ואהב הקב"ה בכל לבו ובכל נפשו ובכל מאודו וזכה לתורה שבעל פה. וכמו שבדור המבול היה הזמן שתנתן תורה ע"י נפש משה רבינו והיינו תורה שבכתב שהיה כלול בה גם תורה שבעל פה כמו שהיה במתן תורה. כן בדור הפלגה היה הזמן להתגלות התפשטות תורה שבעל פה. ועיקר התפשטות תורה שבעל פה היה בבבל כמו"ש (סוכה כ ע"א) וע"כ כשהרגישו בשנער מקום הראוי להתגלות התפשטות תורה שבעל פה עשו הם מגדול לעומת בהמ"ק שהוא מקום שמשם יוצא תורה לכל ישראל (כמו שנאמר סנהדרין פו:) ועשו הם בזלעו"ז מגדול להתפשטות הבליהם ואז היה אאע"ה בן מ"ח שנה וכמו"ש רש"י (שבת י': ד"ה שישיבתה) ואז הכיר אאע"ה את בוראו כמו"ש (ב"ר פ' ל) והיינו שזכה לכל התורה שבעל פה. ואחר כך ד' שנים עד שהתחיל ב' אלפים תורה. והד' שנים שקדמו הם כנגד ג' ראשונות ומדת חסד שהיא מדתו של אאע"ה ואחר כך התחיל הב' אלפים תורה במדת גבורה דאורייתא מסטרא דגבורה קא אתייא (כמו שנאמר זח"ג פ' סע"ב) והיינו תורה שבעל פה כמו שנאמר בתיקונים (תי' כ"א) ובזוהר הקדוש (ח"ב קס"ז א) ומשמאלא אתיהיבת אורייתא דבע"פ. וז"ש עד שבא א"א וקיבל שכר כולם. והיינו הני"ק והחיים שלהם שהוא קדושת תורה
