Der Business Plan ist die Basis für dein unternehmerisches Vorhaben. Du brauchst ihn, um dir selbst Klarheit zu verschaffen und den Kompass für deine Existenzgründung auszurichten. Wichtig ist die Erstellung eines Business Plans auch, wenn du Fremdkapital oder Ressourcen benötigst, zum Beispiel den Existenzgründerzuschuss der Agentur für Arbeit.
