張修修的不正常人類研究所EP87｜李承宗：「音樂是人類的本能！」腦神經科學家揭密，我們過去的音樂教育都錯了今天的開場音樂聽起來感覺是不是相當的不一樣呢？我們今天邀請到的來賓，就是這首曲子中演奏班多紐手風琴的音樂家：李承宗老師。
這首曲子叫做 Milonga Del Angel，是已故的探戈大師 Astor Piazzolla 最經典，也是最後一張錄音室專輯：Tango Zero Hour 中的一首曲子。
而我和李承宗老師，竟然也是因為這位大師的關係，在離台灣一萬公里的倫敦相遇的。
承宗老師從小就學習小提琴和鋼琴，因為對生命的起源和演化很感興趣，台大植物系畢業後，進一步到美國密西根大學攻讀神經科學博士，專攻聽覺生理學、聽音辨位、以及注意力等領域。
原本以為會走上一條穩定的科學研究之路，但是當他在大學時接觸 Astor Piazzolla 的音樂後，對「班多鈕手風琴」這個樂器發出的、充滿濃厚情感的聲音著了迷。
於是他在網路不發達的那個年代翻遍圖書館、四處寫信詢問，從零開始鑽研這個特別的樂器，甚至放棄 McGill University 聽覺認知神經科學的大師：Robert Zatorre 提供的研究職缺，毅然決然返台成為表演藝術工作者。
他的樂團 Circo 的第一張專輯《皺褶》，就獲得金音獎的三項提名，他個人更拿下了最佳樂手獎。他也和我心目中的台灣民謠女神：巴奈姊姊成為好朋友，共同演出並且合作了相當多的作品。去年的《夜婆》更拿下了金曲獎最佳台語專輯。
他同時也是廣播以及 Podcast 主持人，用他腦神經科學家的知識，將音樂對我們大腦產生的重要影響，以深入淺出的方式介紹給大眾，這也是今天這集節目的主題。
