گلی احمدی فرد تسهیلگر فرایندی گروه (مورد تایید انجمن بینالمللی تسهیلگران)، آموزشگر مهارتهای نرم و میانجیگر (مورد تایید موسسه بینالمللی میانجیگری) است. او در سال ۱۳۸۲ در حین جستجوی روشهایی برای بهبود اثرگذاری آموزشهای محیط زیستی، با رویکرد تسهیلگری و یادگیری مشارکتی آشنا شد. از آن پس تسهیلگری را به عنوان حرفه خود برگزید و ضمن کسب تجربه و یادگیری مستمر تلاش کرده است به گروههای مختلف در بخشهای دولتی، خصوصی و غیردولتی در دستیابی به اهداف مشترک و دلخواهشان کمک کند.
در سال ۱۳۹۶ با همراهی جمعی از تسهیلگران، شعبه انجمن بینالمللی تسهیلگران را با هدف ترویج تسهیلگری حرفهای در ایران راهاندازی کرد. گلی عضو تیم راهبری منطقه اروپا و خاورمیانه انجمن بینالمللی نیز است. همچنین وبسایت انجمن تسهیلگران ایران را با هدف تولید محتوای دانشی و فضایی برای تبادل تجربه بین تسهیلگران با همراهی مریم عطاریه و شادی عظیمی ایجاد کرد.
