He received his PhD(1997) from Fordham University. The film - Until the Well Runs Dry: Medicine and the Exploitation of Black Bodies was released in 2011. This film sparked renewed interest in honoring the remains of 44 people (most were African American Descent) whose bodies have been used in medical research.
