本台今次專訪上届（第 26 屆）香港澳洲商會商業成就獎「最快增長獎」得主——Sunsolis Legal 的創辦人兼主任律師 Shelly Sun 孫迪，由她分享獲獎感受、創業背後的故事，以及律所如何在逐步走到今天的規模。

從法律夢到執業路：一步步累積底氣
談到從事法律行業的初心，Shelly表示，律師這個理想某程度來自父母自小的期望與引導。童年時接觸的香港法律劇亦令她對法律工作產生憧憬。她分享父親一個很樸素的觀念：若立志做律師，便要什麽都知道，因為客戶面對的問題往往跨範疇，律師不能只擅長單一能力，這種提醒成為她一路走來的重要鞭策。
她亦提到，自己與香港有一定連結，早年執業時不少客戶來自香港社群，粵語溝通有助建立更直接的理解與信任。她同時分享，在正式完成學業前，她已在悉尼華人律師事務所擔任法律助理（paralegal），透過一邊讀書一邊做實務，近距離觀察師傅如何與客戶溝通、處理案件與文件，令她往後的職涯發展更順暢。
創業的出發點：在家庭與工作之間尋找彈性
談到創業動機，Shelly坦言來自生活階段的調整。她迎來孩子後，希望把更多時間分配給家庭，同時保留專業發展的空間，因此開始以更具彈性的方式執業。她回憶，當時並未預期律所會發展得如此迅速，起初更像是讓自己休息一下，先以個人執業方式接案，能做多少就做多少。然而，當身邊同事與朋友得知她創業後，有舊同事主動表示願意加入，律所因而在起步階段便組成六名律師的初期班底。
疫情帶來轉折：全線上模式讓服務不停步
律所於 2020 年底左右起步，2021 年成為第一個完整營運年份，正值疫情衝擊。Shelly指出，當時不少傳統型律所未必能即時全面轉向線上，服務因而受影響；相反，Sunsolis Legal 作為新成立團隊，能直接採用全線上運作，透過 Zoom、微信及社交媒體維持與客戶的聯繫，令服務得以延續。她形容，疫情對社會是低潮，卻為初生律所帶來難得的發展契機，亦讓客戶在需要時更容易找到仍能提供支援的團隊。
她分享，律所案件量在數年間增長迅速，律師人數由最初的 6 人增至現時約 15 人，辦公室亦由最初單一據點，擴展至三個據點：悉尼兩個以及布里斯班一個，服務範圍橫跨新州與昆州。
「全科律所」定位：讓法律服務更容易被用得上
在業務定位上，Shelly形容 Sunsolis Legal 為「General Practice」全科律所，並以家庭醫生（GP）作比喻：市民身體不適會先看 GP，遇到日常法律需要亦可先找全科律所作第一步處理。她指出，律所最主要的業務包括房產交易與移民，並在建立客戶基礎後，因信任延伸至家事、刑事、公司法等更廣範疇，例如租約、生意買賣、股東或合夥協議，以及糾紛處理等。
她亦提到，事務律師工作的關鍵往往在於溝通與整理：把當事人的敘述轉化為法律上合適、能支持結果的材料，並清楚解釋相關法律義務，協助客戶理解處境與選擇。她希望律所能提供「公道」且可負擔的法律服務，讓更多人願意在需要時踏出求助的一步。
得獎後的下一步：看見跨境需要 拓展更多連結
Shelly回憶得悉獲獎一刻，形容自己十分激動。她說，當初抱着試一試的心態遞交提名，沒想到最終獲得評審認可。她認為，這份肯定不只帶來榮譽，更像是一份推動，讓她對未來方向更有信心。
談到下一步，Shelly表示，律所除在本地繼續深耕外，亦希望面向香港及大灣區拓展，她近年亦在香港以外地律師身分完成登記執業。她觀察到，不少移民在澳洲生活後，家事、繼承等往往牽涉跨國法律需求；同時亦有企業希望「出海」，需要跨境與落地澳洲的法律支援。她希望在現有基礎上逐步增加跨境、跨國相關服務，協助客戶在澳洲順利落地。
