透過原本的正職工作建立人脈，開拓潛在客戶。
早期接案以熟人介紹為主，降低陌生開發風險。
接陌生案前，先溝通確認雙方頻率一致。
● 學習策略
先行動、遇到問題再學習，而非等全部學完才開始。
● 風險管理
設定「一年」或「探索預算」作為停損點，減少焦慮。
● 幸福感管理
每日可自由支配時間 3-8 小時 最理想，避免剝奪感或失去重心。
● 工作模式
以「8 分力做 10 分工作」，保留時間、金錢、體力餘裕。
優先與 長期客戶 合作，搭配短期案子，一年維持 2-3 份年度合約。
● 管理客戶期待
● 避免雙重關係
3. 小資職涯路上，所追求的核心價值有3個!
增加選擇彈性：自由工作不是唯一選擇，關鍵是擁有「選擇的能力」。
建立作品集：作品上網，讓客戶/雇主自然找到你，不過度推銷。
保持學習力：邊做邊學，每個案子都是成長機會。

美業是一種領導產業，
而不是服務業，服務只是一項本來就要做好的附加價值。
一般人對於美髮專業的知識有限，
因此需要設計師領導客人找到最適合、最好看的樣子，
而不只是直接依照客人所提出的描述去做美髮。
這就是「意見領袖型設計師」與「一般設計師」的差別。
Lydia熱愛學習、鼓勵大家擁抱壓力，
因為她認為壓力後的「成長」可以滿足內心、滿足腦袋，
而每個人喜歡的東西不同，
學習方式也會隨著生命階段不同，而有所改變。
因此找到適合自己的項目與方法，是一件很重要的事情。

職涯探索家EP26 你聽過「自立少年」嗎? 培養兒少擁有自立自強的生存能力【社工師小文訪談-2】小文服務之一的族群「自立少年」，
少年們可能經歷了失去家人、家庭失能、或是家暴等等，
因而安置在機構裡。
而小文的服務內容，是教導與陪伴少年們擁有未來獨立的能力，
包含生活能力(比如自行租屋的法律觀念)、就業能力、解決問題的能力、情緒調節的能力等等。
同時陪伴兒少去認識自己、探索自己的學涯與生涯，
這也是小文學習、取得職涯諮詢師證照的最大原因，
為了有工具、方法來幫助兒少做學涯/職涯探索。
而小文有時候一天需要訪談3位類型不同的個案，
需要角色轉換、心態轉換、溝通方式轉換等等，
一整天下來，經歷很大的心理勞動!
聽到這裡，Silvie和Saori都驚呼，如果是我們兩位主持人肯定早已陣亡。
小文說，做社工就像是在修練，
時時刻刻覺察自我的狀態、重新安頓自己的心情

她是Silvie和Saori在職涯諮詢師培訓裡的學姊。
她看起來小小隻、很溫和的一個女生，
對談中，發現她是一個對人認真且真誠的助人者。
她因為在輔導個案的過程中，
發現工作順利與否，對輔導家庭裡的每個成員都有影響。
比如爸爸工作不順會增加家暴家人的機率，
或是受暴婦女與受暴青年的求職狀況會受到內在議題、家庭動力議題的影響，而無法好好工作。
因此小文自掏腰包、額外進修職涯諮詢，
期盼自己在輔導個案時，
更有方法與工具來幫助個案改善職涯、進而改善家庭關係與生涯。
那麼，小文為什麼會成為一位社工師呢?
其實，她一剛開始也不知道自己要選擇什麼科系就讀。
這個經歷也反映出台灣學生在選擇科系與就業方向的時刻，所感受到的迷惘。
小文算是誤打誤撞，以刪去法以及參考生活經驗，去選擇未來的方向。
