日安,2026 「一面牆開始的長跑,張洛君讓公益有了可被看見的樣子」 走進展場,你絕對找得到張洛君。 他像一個不停轉身的「現場支點」,前台有人要導覽、後台有人要搬箱、藝術家想確認掛畫順序、社福單位正在佈置手作區,得標作品的打包流程。每一個呼喚都指向同一個名字,而他永遠在前往的路上。 「很多人以為這種活動就是名人站台、拍照、結束。」他笑著說。但你看他眼神裡的焦距不是鏡頭,是細節。這份「把每一個人都放進來」的心思,讓他的公益不只是一場事件,而是很長的一段時間。 七年,不靠口號:把公益做成「可持續的現場」 張洛君發起並策展的「Care in & Change out」公益特展,走到第七屆,從最早「一面牆」的構想出發。用小尺寸畫布排出愛心,讓觀眾在視覺上先被吸引、在情感上願意靠近,一路發展至今,參與者已超過 85 位名人與藝術家。 更關鍵的,這不是每年換一批人「打卡式加入」。他提到,從第一屆一路參與至今的夥伴仍占相當比例。活動得以延續,靠的不是一次性的熱度,而是長期的信任。 「要讓一個公益行動能走七年,最難的不是辦一場展覽,是每一年都重新把心放回來。」一位參與多屆的創作者私下說,張洛君的特點在於他不把你當來賓,他把你當一起扛責任的夥伴。 不碰錢,是他對公益最固執的自我要求 在公益領域,透明要落實往往是最困難的。張洛君在訪談中一再強調,他不讓捐款、義賣款項「經手」自己,所有款項交由具公信力的 NGO/基金會直接處理;展覽所需的場地、佈展、運送、製作等成本,則由他與合作單位吸收與張羅,盡量讓捐款回到「受助端」。 這種做法,在現場便看得見代價:搬運與物流幾乎是一趟趟的體力活,許多公仔、作品、桌椅設備,都是他親自開車載運,最後還要協調打包、交件、運送流程。 他說:「只要碰到錢,公益就會變得很麻煩。那我寧可麻煩在自己身上,不要麻煩在信任上。」這是原則,實際上也是一種界線。他用最笨的方法保護活動的清白,用最累的方式換取社會的放心。 他把名人效應當入口,把藝術當主菜,把社福放在正中央 很多公益展最容易落入「看熱鬧」,名人作品吸睛、拍照打卡、走完一圈結束。 但張洛君的策展思路反其道而行,他刻意把展覽設計成一段「進階式的旅程」: 1. 先被公仔與名人吸引(入口) 2. 再走向社福區,聽見真實需求(公益的理由) 3. 最後進入藝術家個展與創作脈絡(美感的扎根) 他認為,公仔很可愛、很熱鬧,但那只是敲門磚;真正能讓一個人把「公益」留在心裡的,是你願意記住每一個創作者、理解每一個社福單位、願意把美感帶回生活。 因此,在展場裡常見一幕:藝術家不是被掛在牆上就結束,而是被邀請到現場,親自和觀眾互動、解說作品。張洛君像巡迴導覽的主持人,努力把觀眾的「無感」變成「有記憶」。 他對策展成敗的衡量標準很簡單: 「你離開前,至少記住一位藝術家,或至少知道一個社福單位在做什麼,那我就成功了。」 公益的本質不是「一次幫很多」,而是「一直在旁邊」 張洛君談起他長期合作的公益系統時,提到多年來協助的社福單位累計達數百(他口述累積約 440 個單位),每年支持規模亦相當可觀。這些數字背後,他最在意的卻不是規模,而是他在 NGO 學到的一件事: 「陪伴」才是公益真正的力量。 他甚至將下一步構想從「展覽」延伸到「空間美感」:不再去碰觸爭議性的議題(例如美化違建),而是把心力用在曾被支持的社福單位上。帶著藝術家與名人走進家扶中心、社福場館,幫他們整理空間、打造更舒服的環境,讓孩子與機構留下「有人來過、一起做過」的記憶。 他說: 「名人來一天,孩子可以炫耀一輩子。但更重要的,是那一天他感覺到自己被放在心上。」 從「我還有用處」開始,他把人生第二幕活的更精彩 張洛君出道時間很長,外界仍常用早年的角色記憶叫他。被誤認很年輕、談事時被當成「小朋友」,他說這其實是一種痛苦。但他也把這種情緒轉化成另一種動力,不靠頭銜,不靠標籤,靠長期、扎實、透明地做公益,讓人重新認識他。 把公益從「一年一次的事件」,變成「生活裡可被看見的習慣」。 他用名人與作品把人潮引進來,卻把真正的主角留給社福與藝術家;他可以選擇站在鎂光燈下,卻更常站在搬運、導覽、協調與收尾的縫隙裡。把每一個人都安放好,讓愛不只是說出口,更是用行動被完成。 因為公益真正改變世界的方式,往往不是驚天動地,而是有人願意在你看不見的地方,一次又一次,站在旁邊。 期待今年底的展覽 張洛君 畢業於臺灣國文台灣體育學院,1989年進入演熱圈至今,出過七張唱片(紅孩兒六張),擔任9年的迪士尼頻道代言人,演過數十部戲,主持過數十個電視節目跟廣播,開過數百場演唱會,主持過上干場的各類型活動晚會賽事 2009年開始擔任元大俠創作公司總監拍攝執導影片 還曾業獲法國坎城Canne Corp- orate Media & TV Awards,Silver Winners(銀海豚)獎。 #張洛君 #藝人 #導演 #江宥蓁 #資訊惡女
