In de daaropvolgende jaren maakt ze naam als regisseur van tv-series als Hertenkamp, Spangen en de jeugdserie Willemspark.
Samen met haar echtgenoot Maaik Krijgsman maakt Antoinette de documentaire See you in Vegas over illusionist Hans Klok, die krijgt in 2007 een bioscooprelease.
In 2010 regisseert Antoinette de verfilming van Heleen van Royen?s bestseller De Gelukkige Huisvrouw, met meer dan 500.000 bezoekers goed voor een Platina Film, net als haar remake van de Vlaamse thriller Loft. In 2013 komt haar hitfilm Soof uit. Antoinette maakt haar meest recente speelfilm in 2015.
