The Trio will explore lesser known pieces by Nordic composers Emil Hartmann and Peter Heise. These will be contrasted with the exuberant Klezmer style championed by the Trio with the tunes from Hungarian composer Béla Kovács and Canadian composer Srul Irving Glick.
