That is certainly the case as we just heard from Stacie Eirich in talking about her daughter Sadie who has had more than a few difficult obstacles to overcome. Sadie was 14 years old at the time and her treatment initially took her to a children's hospital in Jefferson Louisiana where she had 5 surgeries, followed by 9 months of treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital from December of 2022 through September of 2023.
