However, when I did a good deed today I returned someone's phone that they had lost outside my parents house. I drove it to them and it felt great I didn't hesitate at all and it was because I was doing the right thing. Interesting revelation overthinking tends to happen when you doubt yourself or you doubt whatever you're doing.

In this episode I ramble about social media and the fact that it makes me feel s*****. I mention the fact that I'm leaning away from social media more and more to help my own mental health. I appreciate every single one of my listeners and thank you so much. I'll always respond to your messages and texts. You can still reach me on social media I'm just going to be spending less time scrolling aimlessly through people's feeds and commenting on everything.

Episode 32. Changing my focus, what can I help you with?
In this episode I talk about a friend of mine telling me that I haven't achieved the level of success I'm looking for on all my previous projects because I haven't stuck with it long enough. Why do people find it appropriate to offer unsolicited advice. I've changed my focus I don't want to monetize everything and make it about money as the only driver for success. How can I help you? This is a question I have and I'm legitimately asking is there anything I can help you with? Also do you have any suggestions on what fun things...

In this episode I talk about why I think my podcast is boring sometimes. I also talk about why I think other podcasts work, the guests that I want to have on and not forcing myself to do something when I'm not in the right mindset. I think there's a difference between perseverance and pushing through and just simply not putting out a good product at your best.

I had no idea what to call this episode today because I really rambled about it quite a few things. But the 40 to 1000 challenge. Has already started my brain working in a different way and things are starting to happen people are asking me to do a little more work for them on the side and I just find it funny that it's working out that way. It's important to stay in that flow State and just try not to get sidetracked. And if I do get derailed to not beat myself up.

Episode 16. Expectation
In this episode I talk about expectations. Both our own and the expectations of others. And I find it interesting that if we expect good things for ourselves and put that out into the world we're somehow delusional or arrogant. But yet if we do something nice for somebody and they don't reciprocated in the same way sort of your opinion of that person or your view that they didn't give whatever it was back to you is messed up. What I mean by that is if you give somebody a well wish and you expect it back from them...

I feel like I'm the king getting mad at stuff. Lots of stuff fires me up in a negative way. I think that's why I gravitate to the self-help / self-improvement stuff. It's really easy to get upset these days. I mean all you have to do is scroll through social media and you know two days after everyone had the Christmas spirit. More negative stuff coming down the pipe talking about something that's happening in the News that's negative. A neighbor pisses you off, you have an argument with your family or whatever else. What do I mean when I talk about decreasing your barrier to entry. I mean if something seems too difficult we might not even get started. For example if you make a commitment to working out everyday for a half an hour that may be too much and you might not get started because you don't know where you're going to find your half an hour from. But if you can make a commitment to work out a half an hour every second day that may be more attainable. Or maybe it's 10 minutes a day. And you might say well 10...
