Cold cold cold and windy... inside workout in the morning but then outdoors for the afternoon. A revisit of some workouts I did when the pandemic firat started. Second workout was skip n ballz, but shortened the number of rounds to 6 and did four rounds of skip n ballz. Was able to keep my heart rate in the 'Extreme Zone' between 174-194 for about 9 minutes total. Then ran another mile....
