冒頭では、美香さんのパーソナルインタビューを受けて私が改めて気づいたこと、日々私が一番大切にしている「心身の健康」についてなどお話しています。
次に、みかさんが「死ぬまでにしたいことリスト」作成されたきっかけの「とある死」についてうかがい、子どもを持つことや、妊娠や流産について、死を意識して今を後悔なく生きる事、3・11というきっかけ、死ぬまでにしたい、自分の「ど真ん中」を実行に移す恐れ、それをどう乗り越えたか、その先にどんな変化があったか、をうかがいました。
心身の健康だけでなく、魂の健康も大切にするという美香さんのお話から、今後の私に必要なテーマを見出したインタビューでした。
最後に、子供が小さいうちこそ、母子での移住や旅をすべき！という話で盛り上がりました。
