Στο σημερινό επεισόδιο του Success Jar θα μιλήσουμε για την ενσυναίσθηση. Τα τελευταία χρόνια ως έννοια, η ενσυναίσθηση φαίνεται να συγκεντρώνει το ενδιαφέρον ερευνητών, ψυχολόγων, εκπαιδευτών, αλλά και ανθρώπων των επιχειρήσεων.Ο σημερινός μας καλεσμένος θα μας δώσει τον πιο απλό ορισμό για να καταλάβουμε τι είναι ενσυναίσθηση αλλά ταυτόχρονα θα μας εξηγήσει γιατί αυτός ο ορισμός είναι ελλιπής. Μέσα από απλά παραδείγματα ο Βασίλης θα μας διευκρινήσει ποια είναι η διαφορά μεταξύ ενσυναίσθησης και συμπόνοιας-συμπάθειας αλλά και γιατί τείνουμε να μπερδεύουμε αυτές τις έννοιες. Ποια είναι τα στοιχεία εκείνα που μπλοκάρουν την ενσυναίσθηση και πόσο εύκολα μπορεί να αναπτυχθεί τόσο σε ατομικό επίπεδο όσο και σε ομάδες. Το σημαντικότερο όμως ερώτημα που θα μας απαντήσει σήμερα ο Βασίλης είναι “Γιατί να ζούμε με ενσυναίσθηση;”Ο Βασίλης Βασιλειάδης είναι ρεαλιστής αλλά ταυτόχρονα και οραματιστής, ενός κόσμου γεμάτου ενσυναίσθηση.
