It's my first try at blending Smooth Jazz, Gospel vocals, and 808 drum patterns together to create a song. I spent a few years composing, arranging, and engineering this masterpiece.
My son, who at the time of recording was 7, played percussion on the track. Including cymbal rolls, vibraslap hits, and ride cymbal accents.
My daughter, who was 13 at the time of recording (2 years of playing experience), added her flute on the introduction of the song.
