在我用一年的时间瘦了将近20斤，并穿上一条曾经觉得无论如何都穿不上的牛仔裤时，很多过去认为不可能的事，又重新可能起来。
我意识到：饥饿其实是一种幻觉。如果你情绪平和地和它相处，饥饿带来的焦虑和恐惧，也会逐渐消失。
所以，当我的生活和“一日三餐”解绑，灵魂和精神和这个物质世界的磁力，也好像稍微松了一点。那一刻我确认：食物就是 gravity of my soul.
