เทศกาลโคมไฟไต้หวันมีกำหนดจัดงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 8-23 ก.พ. 2563 ณ พื้นที่จัดแสดงมหกรรมพืชสวนโลก เขตโฮ่วหลี่ นครไทจง (Taichung Houli Flora Expo Site)
กรมการท่องเที่ยว กระทรวงคมนาคมไต้หวัน สาธารณรัฐจีน เปิดตัวโคมไฟแบบถือ ที่ระลึกงานเทศกาลโคมไฟไต้หวัน 2020 เนื่องในปีนักษัตรชวด จึงใช้นิทานเรื่องหนูแต่งงานเป็นแรงบันดาลใจ ตั้งชื่อว่าหนูโชคกับหนูงาม (吉利鼠與美力鼠) ออกแบบโดย ทีมงานของอาจารย์หลินเจียเหวย (林佳韋) นักออกแบบ หารือร่วมกับกรมการท่องเที่ยวหลายครั้ง จนกระทั่งออกมาเป็นผลงานที่มีคุณลักษณะพิเศษ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1. กระดาษแผ่นเดียวกันพิมพ์ลวดลายสองหน้า ด้านหนึ่งเป็นรูปของหนูโชค เจ้าบ่าว อีกด้านหนึ่งเป็นรูปของหนูงาม เจ้าสาว ผู้ประกอบโคมไฟสามารถเลือกได้ว่าจะประกอบให้เป็นรูปเจ้าบ่าวหรือเจ้าสาว 2. การออกแบบโครงสร้างของโคมไฟแบบถือในส่วนของคอและเอวเป็นข้อต่อสามารถขยับได้ ขณะถือสามารถดึงให้ขยับขึ้นลง เมื่อถือแกว่งไปมาจะเป็นท่าโค้งคารวะเพื่อขอพรปีใหม่ด้วยกัน 3. เด็กๆ สามารถสอดมือเข้าไปในโคมไฟ เล่นเป็นหุ่นมือกับเด็กๆ คนอื่นได้ ก่อให้เกิดปฏิสัมพันธ์มากขึ้น แสดงให้เห็นถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมของเทศกาลโคมไฟ2020-02-0200 min
