Más de la mitad (56%) de las mujeres dejan a sus empleadores en un punto de nivel medio en sus carreras (10-20 años). Algunas se describen como lobos solitarios. Personalmente encuentro que la tecnología es muy solitaria debido a que siempre fui la única mujer en el departamento de tecnologías de la información.
