The Limitations of Labels
The brain left to itself is a lazy organ and will choose the path of least resistance again and again until we become intentional about life. Most of the ills we find in our families, work places and society today can easily be traced back to our tribal narrative and how we label those we have excluded from our tribe. To have better family, work space and society, we must do away with labels no matter how tempting and easy the opportunity it affords us. Listen and share!

Nigeria is in focus here.

In this episode I shared an old lesson a recent experience dug up! I emphasised the need to take responsibility if we want to be in control and also learn to take the focus off ourself in other to see beyond our intentions and rather see what our words or actions translate to mean to the people on the receiving end of the things we say and do. I hope you find this episode insightful.

Excellence or Perfection?
In this episode, I shared some thoughts about how many of us allow the waves pass us by while we wait on the beach waiting for the perfect wave. Maybe the perfect wave actually do exist but what if it doesn't come on the day we visit the beach? Excellence however is the attitude that is committed to making the best possible outcome of our circumstances with the available resources. I also mentioned some of y'all names.
