北海道札幌市出身。配偶者の海外赴任に同行し2017年からラテンアメリカ在住。メキシコを経て、現在は南米コロンビアの首都ボゴタ在住。津田塾大学で国際関係学を専攻し「セクター間で協働した社会課題解決」をテーマに国連グローバル・コンパクトを研究。2008年に東京電力に就職し、途上国の発電所開発や省エネ・再エネ政策立案などの国際協力プロジェクトに従事。福島第一原発事故をきっかけに、企業の社会的責任（CSR）に疑問を持ち、経営コンサルに転向。2014年よりデロイトトーマツコンサルティングに就職し、CSR領域の中でも「ビジネスと人権」と「持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）」に関する戦略支援、女性のエンパワメント支援を担当。専門性を深めるため2020年1月より平和学・紛争解決学の修士課程にてコロンビアの環境社会紛争を研究中。2020年6月、日本語学習者と日本人のオンライン交流コミュニティ「ダイアローグス・フォー・ピース」を発足。2020年7月、人権アドバイザリーNGO「Social Connection for Human Rights」を起業。2021年3月より「持続可能な開発のための世界経済人会議（wbcsd）」コロンビア支部でビジネスと人権を担当。趣味は登山・ロックフェス・アート・日本酒。
