1 你們要讚美耶和華。 在神的聖所讚美祂， 在祂顯能力的穹蒼讚美祂！
2 要因祂大能的作為讚美祂， 按著祂極美的大德讚美祂。
3 要用角聲讚美祂， 鼓瑟、彈琴讚美祂。
4 擊鼓、跳舞讚美祂， 用絲弦的樂器和簫的聲音讚美祂。
5 用大響的鈸讚美祂， 用高聲的鈸讚美祂。
6 凡有氣息的，都要讚美耶和華！你們要讚美耶和華！
📍反思：
-對你而言，你習慣讚美神嗎？有沒有甚麼讓你難以讚美神？
-試留意你的禱告，通常頭一句是讚美，之後很快就會開始祈求和感謝，反映我們其實不是很認識神，不太懂讚美祂什麼。
試試這個練習吧：每日用一分鐘不停的讚美神，不許重複，看看你可以持續多久？留意，讚美要真實、真誠和具體喔！
📍禱告：
主我要讚美祢，因為祢讓我的口不是只會流出苦水，還可以流出甘甜的水，祢是我的活水泉源。
主祢是醫治的主，賜生命氣息的主，可以活著，我都讚美祢。
我的家十分混亂，我更加要讚美祢，讚美祢在暴風中，仍然坐著為王，讓我能有平安，能夠持守美善。
主我要讚美祢，是祢除去我的罪和羞恥，讓我有勇氣在人前宣認祢。

17 這世界和其上的情慾都要過去，唯獨遵行神旨意的，是永遠常存。

1）你有沒有很想為自己不停爭取的心態，總是覺得不夠，想要更多？求主光照。
2）有沒有甚麼我們可以學習放下，「瘦身」一下？不用再不斷囤積。求主憐憫。
3）有沒有甚麼你很想為神「專注」、「出擊」的？求主加力。
📍禱告：
厚賜與眾人的主，我感謝祢，因為祢已將最好的賜給我。主啊，我知道祢給了我很多，但有時候我就是看不到，總覺得自己很缺乏，很怕比較，很自然地覺得多一點就代表好一點，向上爬是理所當然的事，令到人越來越迷失，得到的越多，但感恩的心卻越少。求祢從心底光照我，給我看到貪婪正在破壞我的生命和我與祢的關係。求祢用祢的愛填滿我心裡的空虛，醫治我過往的傷害，讓我知道我是被愛而有價值的。主啊，由今日開始，我好想活得簡單一點，專注一點，討祢喜悅的事我做多一點，沒有需要的事情我做少一點。我要宣告，祢是我的產業，我好處不在祢以外，祢的恩典夠我用，好讓我可以專注在和祢的關係多於所擁有的。奉主名求，阿們。

📍經文：列上十九1－18 1
亞哈將以利亞一切所行的和他用刀殺眾先知的事，都告訴耶洗別。
2 耶洗別就差遣人去見以利亞，告訴他說：「明日約在這時候，我若不使你的性命像那些人的性命一樣，願神明重重地降罰與我。」
3 以利亞見這光景，就起來逃命，到了猶大的別是巴，將僕人留在那裡。
4 自己在曠野走了一日的路程，來到一棵羅騰樹下，就坐在那裡求死說：「耶和華啊，罷了！求你取我的性命，因為我不勝於我的列祖。」
5 他就躺在羅騰樹下睡著了。 有一個天使拍他說：「起來吃吧！」
6 他觀看，見頭旁有一瓶水與炭火燒的餅，他就吃了喝了，仍然躺下。
7 耶和華的使者第二次來拍他說：「起來吃吧！因為你當走的路甚遠。」
8 他就起來吃了喝了，仗著這飲食的力，走了四十晝夜，到了神的山，就是何烈山。
9 他在那裡進了一個洞，就住在洞中。 耶和華的話臨到他說：「以利亞啊，你在這裡做甚麼？」
10 他說：「我為耶和華萬軍之神大發熱心，因為以色列人背棄了祢的約，毀壞了祢的壇，用刀殺了祢的先知，只剩下我一個人，他們還要尋索我的命。」
11 耶和華說：「你出來站在山上，在我面前。」那時，耶和華從那裡經過，在他面前有烈風大作，崩山碎石，耶和華卻不在風中；風後地震，耶和華卻不在其中；
12 地震後有火，耶和華也不在火中；火後有微小的聲音。
13 以利亞聽見，就用外衣蒙上臉，出來站在洞口。 有聲音向他說：「以利亞啊，你在這裡做甚麼？」
14 他說：「我為耶和華萬軍之神大發熱心，因為以色列人背棄了祢的約，毀壞了祢的壇，用刀殺了祢的先知，只剩下我一個人，他們還要尋索我的命。」
15 耶和華對他說：「你回去，從曠野往大馬士革去。到了那裡，就要膏哈薛作亞蘭王；
16 又膏寧示的孫子耶戶作以色列王；並膏亞伯米何拉人沙法的兒子以利沙作先知接續你。
17 將來躲避哈薛之刀的，必被耶戶所殺；躲避耶戶之刀的，必被以利沙所殺。
18 但我在以色列人中為自己留下七千人，是未曾向巴力屈膝的，未曾與巴力親嘴的。」
📍反思：
1）天使對以利亞說「起來吃吧！因為你當走的路甚遠。」你知道你當走的路嗎？你可以為走遠路作怎樣的準備呢？
2）神對以利亞說「你在這裡做甚麽？」弟兄姊妹，你正處於怎樣的光景？你在這裡做甚麽呢？你的初心、在這裡的本意，又是甚麽呢？
3）如果神這刻正在呼喚你，你可願意聽見、回應呀？如果今天神要在你身上做新事，你願意相信祂，願意聽祂的話嗎？
📍禱告：
萬軍之耶和華，我感謝祢，因為當我也跟自己斷絕、和世界甚至和祢斷絕的時候，是祢主動來尋找我，聽我的禱告。
主啊，我曾經有太多的失望和傷痕，多到我也不敢再有期望。但，是祢讓我知道，逃避一世，我的心就只會更加枯乾和無力。
主啊，當我心硬的時候，求祢以愛呼喚我，以大能凌駕我，以憐憫赦免我的心硬，亦以祢的話語引導我，好讓我可以謙卑下來，由我的山洞踏出一步，尋回初心，並以祢的視野重新認識這個世界。
做新事的神啊，求祢在我身上做新事。

18 立刻有像鱗片的東西從掃羅的眼睛掉下來，他就看得見了。於是他起來，受了洗；
19 吃過飯後，體力就恢復了。掃羅與大馬士革的門徒住了一些日子，
20 隨即在各會堂裡宣講耶穌，說這一位就是神的兒子。
21 所有聽見的人都感到詫異，說：「這人不是在耶路撒冷殘害那些求告這名的人嗎？他來這裡，不是要把他們捆綁，帶到祭司長面前嗎？」
22 但掃羅越發有能力，駁倒住在大馬士革的猶太人，證明這一位就是基督。

求祢讓我每天尊祢為神，尊人為人，學習接受我的本相，並看到我們的生命是充滿祢的恩典和供應，不需要誇口。當我自高自大、任意妄為的時候，求祢提醒我，敬畏祢才是智慧的開端，並在軟弱和挫折中，反省自己，與祢相遇。

23 因此，天國就像一個王，要跟他的僕人們計算賬目。
24 王剛開始計算，就有一個欠了一萬他連得（即一個人平均四年的俸祿）的人被帶到他那裏。
25 那人沒有能力償還，主人就下令把他連同妻子、兒女和他擁有的一切都賣掉，用來償還。
26「那僕人就俯伏跪拜他，說：『請你寬容我吧，我必把一切都償還給你。』

35「你們各人若不從心裏寬恕自己的弟兄，我的天父也必這樣對待你們。」

📍反思：
1）你可有一些受傷害的經驗，讓你對某些人或群體藏有恨意，難以放下呢？是一些怎樣的傷害？
2）如果恨意的背後指向我們所渴慕的，你的恨意背後又是指向你所愛慕的甚麽呢？
3）讓我們此刻打開雙手，輕輕背誦主禱文中「免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債」。求主的亮光光照我們內心，安慰、擁抱我們的傷痕和疲累，
釋放纏繞著我們的恨意。人所不能做的，聖靈的大能可以。

滿有公義和慈愛的主啊，我感謝祢，因為祢最明白我。你知道嗎？憎一個人真是很累，每日想著發生的事，讓我好痛苦。主啊，祢知道我們的光景，
祢知道我們有多麼的需要祢。我們宣告，祢是那位拯救者，祢會將我們從仇恨這塊乾涸無水之地拯救出來，釋放我，以祢的活水滋潤我。
求祢讓我看見，我可以從哪裡開始寬恕，並賜我勇氣踏出第一步，將我所受的傷，我自己和傷害我的人交在祢手中，讓祢去定奪。

2）對你而言，面對傷心可有甚麽困難嗎？
3）若你正處於傷感的季節，願我們現在與神數算我們的傷心和損失，明白我們內心的需要，並邀請主耶穌陪伴此刻破碎的自己，並光照我們可能未願意放手的地方。
4）若你身邊有朋友或群體正遭遇傷心，邀請你此刻以禱告記念他們。

道成肉身的主耶穌，傷心的感覺，受傷害的感覺，好辛苦。當我處身傷痛的時候，求祢讓我知道，祢正在陪伴無助的我，安慰我，祢明白我的心痛和
難堪。很多東西我其實不明白，未接受到，但我選擇相信祢是良善和信實，選擇相信祢的時間和計劃，在祢的愛中，我不單數算自己的失去，也數算
恩典。求祢讓我從傷心裡面生出一份柔和的力量，與其他破碎的心靈連結，讓這個地方成為一個有憐憫、歡迎傷心人療傷的地方。奉主名求，阿們。

📍反思：
1）你喜歡與人比較嗎？有哪一方面你會介意別人比你強呢？這個感覺是怎樣的？通常在甚麽時候會出來的？
2）由妒忌而成的不安感，會怎樣影響你的情緒和行為？你是怎樣面對這份酸溜溜的感覺呢？
3）如果你有被妒忌纏繞著，願我們現在和神分享我們心底的難處，並求祂以愛同接納溶化我們的苦澀，光照我們可能錯誤放大或縮小了的地方。

主耶穌，我感謝祢，因為祢讓我知道，我是有福的人，不是欠缺的。主啊，對不起，有時我真的看不到祢賜給了我甚麼好的恩典。當我不由自主地與人比較的時候，甚至被嫉妒牽著走的時候，求祢用愛接納我，吸引我，將我的眼目轉回祢身上，提醒我，祢為我預備的，不是由「比較」築起的鬥獸場，而是寬闊而豐盛的生命之路。有祢愛我，我就有價值，我就獨特，我就有意義了。 奉主名求，阿們。

2 女人對蛇說：「園中樹上的果子，我們可以吃；
3 唯有園當中那棵樹上的果子，神曾說：『你們不可吃，也不可摸，免得你們死。』」
4 蛇對女人說：「你們不一定死，
5 因為神知道，你們吃的日子眼睛就明亮了，你們便如神能知道善惡。」
6 於是，女人見那棵樹的果子好作食物，也悅人的眼目，且是可喜愛的，能使人有智慧，就摘下果子來吃了；又給她丈夫，她丈夫也吃了。

📍反思：
1）你介意別人怎樣看你嗎？你裡面會否對自己有許多的批評，甚至不喜歡自己？嘗試向神分享。
2）你可有甚麼秘密是你隱藏在心底，害怕表露於人前的，甚至不想和神分享？那些是甚麼事情？為甚麼會想隱藏呢？我們嘗試和神分享。
3）神最清楚我們的境況，讓我們今天，嘗試在祂愛和真光裡面安靜，不再逃避，重新接納自己的軟弱，亦接受祂的愛、寬恕和引導。
📍禱告：
創造我們的主，我感謝祢，因為祢知道我一切的軟弱和秘密後，仍然愛我，讓我感到很被愛。主啊，長期活在羞恥和別人的眼光裡面，讓到我好疲累，好迷失。我不想繼續這樣下去。 從今天起，求祢拖帶我從封閉的自己，每天行出一小步，向祢開放多一小步，再次相信我是祢寶貴的兒女，相信這個世界不是我想像般可怕，並相信失敗不會定義我和我的將來，因為就算世界的人離開我，祢都不會離開我。在祢的愛中，我不是一個錯誤、意外和失敗，我是新造而蒙愛的人。奉主名求，阿門。

📍經文：太三16－17（新漢語譯本）
16 耶穌受了洗，剛從水裡出來。看啊，天為祂開了，祂看見神的靈像鴿子一樣降下來，落在祂身上。
17 聽啊，天上傳來聲音，說：「這是我的愛子，我喜愛祂。」
反思：
1。你害怕獨處和安靜嗎？你通常會用甚麽方法來面對寂寞？
2。「相信寂寞不是終點，而是通往與主平安獨處的小徑」這句說話，對你有甚麽意義？
3。輕輕重複思想神看我們為祂所愛的兒女。感受神的話語在我們心裡扎根，將寂寞的感覺轉化為與主獨處的平安和力量。
禱告：
道成肉身的主啊，感謝祢，因為祢明白我的孤獨。
當我在寂寞和不斷懷疑自己的痛苦時，求祢告訴我，我不需要羞恥，我是祢所愛的兒女，祢的寶血已經洗淨我的罪。

📍第3季 第4集 「透支」
#疫情下平安之旅 #帶著透支去靈修 （先用兩分鐘安靜預備心靈。）
📍經文：可一33-38
33全城的人都聚集在門前。
34耶穌治好了許多患有各種疾病的人，又趕走了很多鬼，並且不許那些鬼說話，因為他們知道祂是誰。
35大清早，天還沒亮，耶穌起來，走了出去，來到荒野之地，在那裡禱告。
36西門和同伴尋找祂，
37找到了，就對祂說：「大家都在找祢呢。」
38耶穌對他們說：「我們往別處，到附近的鄉鎮去吧，我也好在那裡傳道，因為我是為這目的而來。」
反思：
你有否因為種種的原因覺得好疲倦，忘記了你來的目的。我們要感謝疲倦及透支這位老朋友，因為正正是疲倦讓我們知道我們是人，懂得謙卑，在神無條件的愛裡面得到醫治、提醒及釋放。疲倦告訴我們知道，一個只懂得追逐世界的認同，或者逃避原生家庭痛苦的人生，最終只會剩低疲累及遺憾。在安息中，讓我們將好想得到別人的認同的這一份渴望，放回在最愛我們的主身上。連耶穌都要禱告，我們都一起祈禱吧。今日，邀請你同我們一起禱告，好嗎？
禱告：
主啊，我們首先放下我們拯救者的身份，單單的來到祢的跟前，承認我們是人，不是機器，不是一定要有答案，不是一定要令人開心。我們接受我們會透支，接受原來我們曾經承擔超過我所能夠承受的，接受原來我都有需要和限制，而我曾經忽略了這些需要和限制。主啊，願祢親自安慰我們的心靈，在祢無條件的愛中，讓我們歸回安息，享受祢對我們的愛和服侍，正如我們愛和服侍其他人一樣。我們亦立志除了對別人恩慈，也要學習對自己恩慈。求祢垂聽。我們安靜一下。
（求光照 | 得著醫治與寬恕）
第二，若我們裡面有一些纏繞著我們的過去，願祢以大能的手醫治我們內心的創傷，斬斷原生家庭剩下的枷鎖，並讓真理的靈光照我們的心。如果有甚麼我們偏執了，放大了，忽略了，甚至做錯了，求祢帶領我們歸回祢的自由和旨意中，得著醫治和寬恕。我們安靜一下。
（求方向 | 重新喚起心裡召命）
最後，求聖靈祢重新喚起我心裡面的召命，讓我記起祢賜給我們的初心和熱誠，好讓當我們回去外面的世界，我們心裡仍然有方向，有能力訂立界線，抵抗由外面和裡面而來不屬於祢的聲音。主啊, 求祢賜給我平靜的心, 去接受我無法改變的事，賜給我勇氣, 去做我能改變的事; 並賜給我智慧, 去分辨這兩者的不同。我以感恩的心領受這個遭遇，相信祢必有恩典和祝福為我預備。感謝主，禱告奉主名求，阿們。

1 我所讚美的神啊，
求祢不要閉口不言，
2 因為惡人的嘴和詭詐人的口，
已經張開攻擊我，
他們用撒謊的舌頭對我說話。
3 他們圍繞我，說怨恨的話，
又無故地攻打我。
4 他們與我為敵以報我愛，
但我專心祈禱。
5 他們向我以惡報善，以恨報愛。
6 願祢派一個惡人轄制他，
派一個對頭站在他右邊！
7 他受審判的時候，
願他出來擔當罪名！

反思：
－如果你最近有憤怒的情緒，試下與主分享，傾心吐意。
－最近有甚麽事情讓你憤怒？這份憤怒反映了你內在什麽的軟弱和需要呢？求聖靈光照，如果你察覺到內裡有罪，可以向主認罪悔改，求赦免。
－大衛將他的需要結連於神。試試也將你性格上面的軟弱和需要結連於祂，將憤怒的情緒轉化為向神的渴望。
禱告：
主啊，當我憤怒的時候，求祢保守我的心。求祢讓我知道，我是可以憤怒的，讓我可以在祢的愛裡面跟祢坦白。求祢的靈光照我，讓我看到我憤怒背後真正的原因，讓我可以明白我的需要和問題，明白有甚麼事情我是需要堅持，有甚麼事情我可以放下。主啊，求祢讓我不用被怒火支配，不給魔鬼留地步，並以祢的愛及真理讓我可以成長，更加像祢。奉主名求，阿門。

- 大衛以「牧人與羊」的比喻來形容神和他的關係。如果你也用這個比喻去看疫情或者面前的危險，會怎樣幫助你度過這個恐懼的季節呢？
- 這段日子，可有甚麽讓你感到懼怕、不安？嘗試向神傾心吐意。
- 可有察覺自己通常是從哪裡尋找安穩的？求主光照，並帶領我們的心重新連結在祂身上。如果神讓你看到一些罪，可以向神認罪、悔改。
禱告：
主我的牧人呀，我感謝祢，因為祢最明白我，最知道我是誰，亦最知道我需要甚麼。如果我懼怕的時候，求祢安慰我，拖帶我，將我的害怕轉化為追隨祢的決心。求祢讓我的心可以得安息，因為祢是我牧人，我不怕遭害，我不會有缺乏。奉主名求，阿們。
