This week is a bit humid and gloomy, so I tried to make some soup at home. Chinese style soup which can be done in 15-20 mins. Easy, delicious and healthy.
芫茜皮蛋魚片湯 Grass Carp Soup with Coriander and Century Egg
材料 Ingredient:
芫茜3両(切段) Coriander 115g
薑片少許 Ginger - few slices
皮蛋2隻 Century Egg x2
鯇魚肉6両(切片) Grass Carp 230g - slice
水600克 Water 600g
調味料 Seasoning:
鹽一茶匙 Salt 1 tsp
做法 Cooking method:
皮蛋切開12角，鯇魚肉用少少生油及鹽醃15分鐘。Cut the century eggs into 12 pieces, marinate the grass carp with little oil and salt for 15mins.

By placing the sweet potato under a dry and hot place for a few weeks, they started to sprout, teaching the classmates to keep the bottom of the tuber submerged in water or soil.
