今回のポッドキャストでは、AIドラマ**『サヨナラ港区』の制作チーム、
AIクリエイターの宮城明弘さんと、プロデューサーの汐口武史さん（YTVメディアデザイン）**をゲストに迎え、
AI映像制作の舞台裏と、地上波初のAIドラマが生まれた経緯を深掘りしました。
宮城さんと汐口さんの出会いは今年1月ごろ。
共通の知人の紹介で「すごいAI映像を作る人がいる」と紹介され、
初対面から数か月で企画が動き出しました。
話が本格化したのは3〜4月ごろ。
2人だけで進める少数精鋭の体制を決定し、わずか半年で地上波放送へ。
汐口さんは「意思決定が早いのが成功の理由」と語りました。
企画はもともと**配信ドラマ（DMMショート）**として始動。
そこに地上波放送（読売テレビ系列）が加わる形で展開。
放送にあたっては、法務チェックや文化庁ガイドラインの確認を徹底。
AI映像の著作権・倫理面でのリスクを整理したうえで社内承認を得たとのこと。
社内説得のために、汐口さんはスマホにAI映像を入れて幹部に直接プレゼン。
結果、「読売テレビが日本初のAI連続ドラマを放送」という快挙につながりました。
制作は基本的に宮城さんが一人で映像を担当。
制作期間は約1か月半、総カット数は1万5000超。
50分の連続ドラマを一人で完遂するという驚異的な制作スピード。
汐口さんが脚本・企画を担当し、最小限のやりとりで映像と編集を進行。
「お互いの領域を尊重し合うことで最短で完成した」と振り返りました。

→ 他ツールも試したが、「人物の表情・目線・動き」の自然さでHaiperを採用。
プロンプトは1カットごとに1000〜3000文字。
“トランジション機能”を使わず、カメラワークや演技指示もすべて文章で記述。
宮城さん曰く「ツールではなく、言語化力が勝負」。
生成の試行錯誤は「足し算と引き算」。
→ 弱い部分を足し、強すぎる部分を削る「演出的思考」で完成度を高めた。
舞台は100年後の東京。港区が23区を支配するというSFコメディ。
主人公が“港女”にされる運命に抗う物語。
SF＋社会風刺＋ユーモアのバランスが特徴で、
AI特有の“不完全なリアル”が物語の味にもなっています。
宮城さんは「AIを使って映画制作の資金難を解決したい」という想いからAIを始めたと語る。
昨年から独学でAI映像を始め、わずか1年で7カ国の企業から依頼を受けるまでに成長。
Instagramに**「1日1作品」**を投稿し続けたことが転機に。
フロッグマン団長が「侍のような職人」と評し、
スタジオ一同がその制作量と集中力に驚嘆。
汐口さんは「理解しすぎない距離感がよかった」と語り、
ディレクターが過剰に介入せず任せたことが完成の鍵だったと振り返る。
キャラクターの整合性（顔や髪型のブレ）は現技術でも難題。
→ 逆に「港区に染まっていく」という設定で自然に演出。
宮城さんは「AIであっても“統一感と演出”は人間の仕事」と強調。
現時点で視聴者の反応は好意的で、業界関係者からの反響が特に大きい。
→ 「次は一緒にやりたい」という声も多数。
宮城さん：AIとリアルの融合を目指し、演技とAI映像を組み合わせた新企画を構想中。
汐口さん：AI時代の放送には「責任を持って納品できる人間」が必要だと指摘。
→ 「AIにできないのは“責任を取ること”。そこに人間の価値がある」と締めくくりました。

“AIと人間が共に物語を作る新しい映像制作のかたち”についてトークが繰り広げられました。
100年後の東京・港区を舞台にしたSFコメディドラマ。
港区が23区を支配するというディストピア的な未来を、
独自のユーモアとビジュアルで描いた作品。
映像はすべてAIによる生成で、宮城さんが一人で制作。
総尺約50分の連続ドラマとして放送され、
日本では“AIドラマの地上波初”となる試みといわれています。
宮城さんは、友人である映画監督や俳優の「制作資金の課題」を見て、“AIで映像制作を民主化できないか” と考えたのが出発点。
目指したのは、リアルな質感と映像的説得力。
→ 「リアルにどこまで近づけるか」が最大のテーマ。
生成画像の質を高めるため、プロンプトは3,000文字級という徹底ぶり。
「中途半端なものは絶対に出さない」というこだわり派。
対してフロッグマン氏は「こだわらない派」で、
両者の対比が印象的なトークとなりました。
主に使用したツールはMidjourney。
制作は2025年7月頃に完了。
ChatGPTや最新AI技術のアップデートの影響は受けず、
“独自の感覚でAIと向き合う”制作スタイルを貫いています。
フロッグマン氏が手がけるAIアニメ『小泉八雲のKWAIDANの世界』と、
ほぼ同時期に制作されたことから「どちらが日本初か」の話題で盛り上がる。
宮城さんはAIクリエイターの中でも“職人気質”として紹介され、
「AI映像業界の侍」と評される。
汐口さんは、「誰でも作れる時代ではあるが、“責任を持って放送まで届けられる人”が本物のクリエイター」と強調。
納品責任の重要さを語りました。
宮城さん：
AIとリアルの融合を目指し、人間の演技とAI映像を掛け合わせた新企画を準備中。
低予算でも海外と戦えるクオリティの映像制作を目指す。
汐口さん：
「誰でもAI映像を作れる時代」は来るが、
