平衡不了B1层｜记录一次崩溃你好，我是碧漪，欢迎来到B1层（有点烂的谐音梗I know），一个我在奋力采访之余，偶尔念叨的地下室。这是一期有点丧（抱歉！）的碎碎念，但也是一次对我很重要的人生记录。一些小背景——1）再过几天，我即将飞去香港，在香港中文大学读新闻学的一年制硕士（关于去留学的决定，之前我在公众号里写过一篇小文）。这是我人生的第二个硕士，也是30岁之后，我为自己的人生做的第一个重大决定。2）今年五月正式收到offer时，我已经开始认真地做《平衡不了》。于是，在过去几个月，每一天，我都在被巨大的焦虑感冲撞着。我知道去读书是「对」的，但是，想到接下来节目更新的不确定性，以及，人生可能面对的种种失衡（毕竟，我已经在舒适区里猫了很久了），怂人如我，是真实地在害怕着。3）《平衡不了》更新五个月以来，我知道自己在飞速成长、吸收新知，但与此同时，流量的起起落落也让我患得患失。很多时候，神经沉浸在从亢奋到失落的起落里，直至无比疲惫。4）总之，我真的就是一个抗压能力很差，很容易焦虑的，人啊。😮💨7月过生日时，好朋友送了我一台新的录音笔，大家一起鼓励我，“要好好把播客做下去呀！”录音笔超级专业，我无比珍惜。但科技白痴如我，一直没琢磨明白怎么用它。直到上周的一天晚上，我的先生Yiji提出再一次教我怎么使用，顺便测试效果，两个人唠唠嗑。目的很明确：在熟悉了设备后，我就能带着它，在香港时，也尽可能多做一些音质优质的采访。再又一次学习插线、架设麦克风，但是发现自己怎么也拧不紧一截麦克风上的螺丝后，我崩溃了。是那种突然泪珠子喷涌，嘴巴长得老大的嚎啕大哭，气势磅礴，姿势荒谬。在我哭了五分钟后，先生不动声色地打开了录音笔（好啦，其实我有察觉到），开始试图与我聊天。我们断断续续聊了两个小时。两个小时里，我的鼻涕从喷涌到收汁（yea），泪水一点点减弱，而崩溃，也最终融化在了一汪平静的情绪水塘里。再之后，Yiji把这段录音进行了剪辑，配了音乐（“不然实在太丧了，听的人会很不爽的！”他说），变成了这一期小节目。本期（稍显凌乱的）shownotes：00:39 录音笔所带来的突然崩溃02:32 面对未知的留学生活，真实的平衡不了07:17 为什么要去读新闻，其实，我还没想明白09:51 对《平衡不了》 内容的反思，以及，关于套路与流量15:32 一种恐惧：我在建造一个Barbie land吗？21:12 一个人搞事业，单打独斗的恐慌23:37 关于惯性，计划，以及，人生我知道这一切听上去有点矫情。但我始终相信，每一次我们自己觉得自己的「矫情」，其实，都值得被听见、被理解。在无数个被焦虑折磨的日夜，有很多博主、朋友对自己脆弱部分的勇敢暴露曾让我获得了力量。所以，我也希望能给别人力量。如果没有如我所期为大家带来力量，至少，希望这期节目没有烦到你。接下来，《平衡不了》的采访会持续更新的（已经囤了好几期优秀的节目！），等到了香港安顿好学业之后，我也会开始积极寻找大湾区了不起的女性（please请大家给我介绍线索！），把更多有力量的女性故事带给大家。谢谢你听我啰嗦到这里，谢谢你关注《平衡不了》。人生跌跌撞撞，平衡不了也很好。我想，即便身处平衡不了的人生里，我们都还在认真收紧核心，做那件矫情但重要的小事：变成更好的自己。我是碧漪，咱们，下次见。♥️在这里找我：公众号：🔍平衡不了小红书：@平衡不了的Biyi（要认真更起来了，立flag！）2023-08-2832 min
