声活芳乐yue第九场 声活芳乐yue～ 元宵节齐庆！Lets 共振迎接正能量的一年在《与内心的冲突和解》这本书中有这么一句令我印象深刻的话：“不安的人，可能会认为缓解不安的方法是成功，认为只要获得社会性成功，人生中的诸多问题都将迎刃而解。然而，现实是，即使成功了，不安也得不到缓解。”这句话可以说从根源上解释了这样一种现象 — 为什么现在很多人越努力，越焦虑。其实是一种内在价值的评判，对自己的不足而引起的。在一个团体里面，每个人都是独一无二的个体却又必须学会融合在一起，在一个团体里面就有必要的互相的配合，互相尊重，在语言，沟通，交流，互相信任才可以更长久的愉快合作。
在团体生活里面，人生中一定会遇到起起落落，谁都希望一帆风顺；可是人啊都是犯贱的，当天下太平时候却又会感到不安和焦虑。很多时候是因为我们的信念，就比方小时候被教育成黑暗的地方就会有危险，当我们的感觉和意识被这个黑暗的因子包围的时候，质疑和低能量就出现了。所以，当我们常说要爱自己，要勇敢接纳自己的内在小孩，要去平衡自己的生活状态就是为了提供自己的振频。多和积极鼓励的人打交道，你就可以变得更优秀而美好。
如何让自己更富裕于正能量？当你愿意改变自己的观念时，你便能改变自己的人生。带着露兜花的激励精神向前冲刺，遇见美好。
