1986年生まれ。18歳から渡米、エイドリアン・サックス氏に師事。以後ロスアンゼルスを拠点に活動。 カリフォルニア大学ロサンゼルス校の陶房長を努める傍、大学で講師を務める。201８年から日本、フランスにも活動の幅を広げる。
日本での活動は主にレストランへ器の提供。シェフと話し合い、一からデザインを決めるカスタムウェアを手掛けている。Salmon & Trout Tokyo, Kabi, Caveman, Revive Kitchen, Aoyama, KenickCurry, Chompoo 等。現在は個別販売を含め、日本での活動に励む。
アメリカでの活動は個展、インテリアデザイン、レストランウェアなど多肢にに渡る。最近ではSpinelli KilcollinやFred Segalとの仕事も手掛けている。2019年からYosei Shibata, Michael Doppと共に自身の作品の販売も行うコンセプトストアZakka Bakka を始める。

この時期、例年なら街中はホリデーシーズンで賑やかなふわふわした雰囲気になるんですが今年はなんとも寂しい感じでStay at Homeな板倉です、こんにちは。
「１％の情熱ものがたり」前回に引き続き、35人目のインタビュー。
お姉さんがつけたという「翔士」というお名前。翔ぶ侍、、、めちゃめちゃかっこいいっす！笑 自分が良いと思うもの、美しいと思うものを追求し続けるアート性。心地よく永きに渡って生活の中で使われるための機能性。肩の力を抜いてバランスを取りながら、とてもクールでもありつつも、そこに秘める情熱を感じる陶芸家：翔士さんの素敵なものがたり。
幼少期、「将来なりたいものは？」の答えがサラリーマンw。昆虫に興味があったり、精神生物学（サイコバイオロジー）を専攻していたり。そして陶芸と尺八。何かやっぱり人とは違う視点を持って生きてきた翔士さんの人間の面白さと魅力を感じるエピソードでした。

ただそんなドラマの方は全編見た訳でないんですがｗ
当時手に入りにくいモノをまわりのもので工夫して代用とか日本の食習慣に合わせて変化しつつ日本にしかない物が出来上がる 何でも和製化する恐るべき貪欲さ 洋食に限ったことではないのですが正に日本人好みというやつの集大成
案外老人層も多い 昔なつかしウスターソースやケチャプ感.. 満載
オトナになりフレンチだのイタリアンだの行くようになっても足を運ぶ
ほんとになぜだか味噌汁とごはんとのミクスチャー洋食の何たるかを堪能できるところなんだ

おばんざいと思いきやその日の食材たちが並んでた… もう万願寺唐辛子に一目惚れというかそもそも好きで非常によく食べる あ伏見唐辛子もヨロシクです
いろいろいうとりますが気持よく食べ呑み道楽をやってのけました
最後の締めの花火が上がる如くのフィナーレも無くフェードアウトできました

優しい感じなんだ
かえって悪いんじゃないの論.. 噛まずに飲むとやばいらしい
咀嚼をキチンとする事でかなりの消化負担が軽減されるということを書籍で再確認しつつ..
あえて定期に週末カレー的な感覚でお粥をつくる
とくに味付けもしない
出汁の餡掛けなんかも食べいてたがシンプルがいい
梅干しとか昆布の佃煮とかの塩気で美味しくいただく.. もっぱら満願寺とか伏見唐辛子の時期は素焼きしたものに鰹ぶしと醤油をおともにと言うことになるとそれだけで幸せ感のある食事なんだよね
いつもの脂でうんまい系な食事と対局をなす
作り方
一合に一リッター
ぐらぐら沸いたら洗った米を入れる 米を湯の中で踊らす
ネバネバしてきたらさし湯 10%
そんで20くらいを目安に仕上げるのがなんか美味しい.. そんでちょっとふたをして蒸らす
要領分からずまぁ火力のことですけど55分くらいかかった時の仕上がり具合はネトネト感ばかりで今から思うともうちょっとかな

職場での展示考ｗ..
あーもちろんジブンちはやりたい放題ですよ.. アートな触れ合いは欠かさない
といっても一応オフィスなりのいろいろな制約ありますから存分に好き勝手できるわけではないですが.. いくつかのフレームにおさめてるモノを何点かは飾り付けたい
しかも格好良く 目指してるのはパリとかにあるバールとかの店内っぽい感じ
いろいろな飾るテクニックを参考にして取り入れつつ.. ようやくジブンの机まわりから脱出して前の壁に手をつける
一体何をやりたいんだか.. 頼まれもしないのに飾るモノを入れ替える度 妄想も入れつつステップアップしていくそんなのが楽しくて.. 私だけなのか？
