کتاب "تلخ و شیرین: چگونه حزن و اشتیاق می تواند به سلامت ما کمک کند" آخرین اثر سوزان کِین، نویسنده تاثیرگذار آمریکایی است. از کارهای مشهور کین می توان به کتاب "سکوت: قدرت درونگراها در جهانی که از سخن گفتن نمی ایستد" اشاره کرد که از آن چند ترجمه مختلف به فارسی وجود دارد. در کتاب سکوت که ده سال پیش به چاپ رسیده است، کین به شیوه ایی جذاب با جریان فراگیر تایید مطلق گونه برونگرایی به مقابله بر می خیزد. او باور داشته که روانشناسی عامه پسند و افکار عمومی لااقل در کشورهای مرفه، بیش از حد برونگرایی، معاشرتی بودن و داشتن شبکه گسترده از دوستان را عامل موفقیت و سلامت روان می پندارد و به شیوه ایی افراطی انسانها را به گسترش شبکه اطرافیان تشویق می کند. در حالیکه درونگرایی به نوبه خود مزیت های بسیار زیادی دارد و در عده ایی سرمنشا دستاوردهای بسیار سترگ فردی و اجتماعی بوده است. او در کتاب جدید خود، تلخ و شیرین، دیدگاه مشابهی را درباره شاد بودن و خُلق بالا مطرح می کند: جهان معاصر بیش از حد درگیر شادی محض است و از بروز هیجانات منفی گریزان است. او مدعی است که وجود حالات خلقی پایین بویژه حزن و یا اشتیاق حسرت گونه، نوعی حس فراق و چشم براهی و عطش به رسیدن به امری یا کسی، در رشد و سلامت انسان ها بسیار موثر هستند. افرادی که در کنار شادی و شعف، درجاتی از یاس و حسرت را تجربه می کنند شادکام تر هستند. هیجان مرکب و مخلوط پایدارتر و سازنده تر از شادی خالص است. حتی هنر و موسیقی حزین ماندگاری بیشتری در تاریخ داشته است. این حس ها در ایجاد همبستگی بین انسان ها بسیار مهم اند و با اشاره به کارهای داکر کلتنر که در آینده به کارهای او نیز اشاره خواهم کرد، سر منشا قدرت جوامع هستند. همچنین وجود نوعی حزن در کنار سایر حالات هیجانی باعث افزایش خلاقیت در افراد می گردد. در واقع بسیاری از مشاهیر مخلوطی از سوگ، فراق و اندوه را در زندگی خود پا به پای شادی تجربه کرده اند. در ادامه او نگاهی می اندازد به سیر تکوین نوعی از نگرش روانشناسانه که تاکید افراطی بر تفکر مثبت، خوش بینی و سرخوشی دارد و ریشه های آنرا نقد می کند. کتاب جذاب او نهیبی است به رویکردهای معاصر که شادکامی را در گرو گریز از هرگونه غم و اندوه می داند.2022-07-181h 07

Die zwei Kupferpermease-Gene cupA und cupB (copper uptake permease) konnten durch Komplementation der S. cerevisiae Deletionsmutanten ∆ctr1 bzw. ∆cup5 mit einer T. versicolor cDNA-Bank isoliert werden. Die aus den beiden Genen abgeleiteten Proteinsequenzen zeigen strukturelle Homologien zu den Proteinen aus der Ctr-Familie und weisen ein in dieser Familie konserviertes MxxxM-Motiv auf.
