The case was immediately ruled a murder-suicide, and Tyler Jones was ruled as the shooter. Glinda and Tyler's family believes that Glinda's boyfriend, Dennis Carter, was involved. He has never been charged in connection with their deaths. The case still remains a murder-suicide.
