восьмой выпуск программы как обычно посвящён фанку во всех его проявлениях. помимо фанка как такового, так же немного раннего рока, который последнее время привлекает моё внимание всё больше и больше. ну пугаться не стоит, ни каких воплей под перегруженные гитары вы не услышите. я бы эту музыку охарактеризовал как, скорее, нежную психоделию, приправленную фанк грувом. во второй половине программы немного современного фанка и фристайла. надеюсь, что современные релизы будут звучать в моей программе регулярно. буду стараться следить за ними. как я говорил в прошлый раз, интересной современной фанк музыки выходит крайне мало. зато индустрия бутлегов и переизданий растёт и процветает. ну в общем-то с какой-то стороны это наверное даже хорошо. и в конце программы, как и было обещано, гостевой микс от Флеванса. фанк, брейкс, фристайл и прочие весёлые штуки, которые этот парень будет играть в ближайшую субботу в клубе Культ.

1го ноября на вечеринке Функции Фанка появится гость из Санкт-Петербурга. Диск Жокей, коллекционер, любитель соула и фанка, человек обладающий оригинальнейшим и уникальнейшим музыкальным вкусом и столь же оригинальной музыкальной коллекцией DJ CHACK, он же Mr. C, он же Chakster.
давно знаю этого человека. и давно хотел чтобы он побывал в качестве специального гостя на моих вечеринках. ведь повторюсь, но Миша Чак на самом деле обладает уникальнейшей музыкальной коллекцией. играть он будет исключительно оригинальные сорокопятки, в чём я его постараюсь поддержать.
а вечеринка планирует оказаться чрезвычайно интересной. вас ожидает экскурс в мировую музыкальную палитру 60х, 70х и 80х годов плюс возможность познакомиться с синематографией того же периода. в качестве главного героя той эпохи мы выбрали замечательного актёра Майкла Кейна. в то время как по танцполу будут разноситься звуки фанка, соула, джаза, бугалу, хип-хопа и ритм энд блюза, на экране клуба Культ будут показываться лучшие фильмы 60х-80х годов с участием этого великолепного английского актёра. Смертельная Ловушка, Игра На Вылет, Ограбление По Итальянски… и, конечно же, Get Carter или наша интерпретация этой картины, которая будет музыкально озвучиваться нашем гостем - Get Chakster… всю ночь исключительно оригинальные записи, только винил и только сорокопятки.
ну а пока можете послушать микс, который Mr. C записал около шести лет назад и который до сих пор звучит актуально и, я думаю, ещё долго будет звучать. ведь это фанк музыка ;)

Keep Funk Alive. вторая часть2008-10-2700 minFunk and BeyondThe Remixпрошу прощеия, что на пару недель пришлось забросить блог. довольно много работы последние дни и главное много выступлений. последнее отнимает порядочно физицеских сил и одновременно дарит много эмоций, что в свою очередь заряжает энергией и позволяет двигаться, так сказать вперёд. чем я собственно и пытаюсь заниматься.
пока я готовлю для вас очередной подкаст, решил дать вам послушать очередной трек. на этот раз это не совсем авторская работа, это ремикс. ремикс на Нью-Йоркских парней Sputnik Brown. ребят не особо известных, но, так сказать, экстремально талантливых. я сам вообще не любител делать ремиксы и переделки различных музыкальных вещей, ибо зачастую увлёкшись, я на сктолько далеко ухожу от идеи ремикса, что трек в итоге превращается в вполне себе самостоятельную вещь, мало чем напоминающую оригинал. на самом деле приблизительно так произошло и на этот раз, но ситуацию спас вокал. а он, надо сказать, отменный. просто жгущий напалмом и рвущий в клочья. я уже опробировал эту работу на нескольских танцполах и, думаю, пришло время выложить её на общее обозрение.

ну и наконец небольшой анонс. на этой неделе функции фанка можно будет встретить в пятницу в городе Зеленоград в клубе под названием Битком, а в субботу конечно же в Культе, где у меня в гостях будет играть мой хороший друг из Санкт-Петербурга DJ Bazil. а через неделю уже Функции Фанка поедут в культурную столицу России, а затем вернуться в Москву. 24го и 25го числа соответственно. напомню, что обе вечеринки посетит очередной гость с туманного альбиона Джонатан Редфорд, он же Diesler... хотя об этом я всё-таки расскажу чуть позже.
увидимся на танцах ;)2008-10-1600 minFunk and Beyondimpressionsнаконец-то я собрался с силами и добрался до блога. неделя, а точнее выходные прошли просто термоядерно. обнимаю, целую, жму руки и выражаю всяческие благодарности всем, кто провёл эти выходные со мной. функции фанка в питере в пятницу прошли невероятно позитивно и тепло, а субботняя вечкринка в Культе просто захлыстнула положительными эмоциями. сразу хочу извиниться перед вами друзья, за пивную "диету", которую устроил клуб Культ. хоть это и не моя вина конечно, тем не менее я непосредственно причастен ко многому, что происходит в стенах этого клуба, поэтому прошу прощения у всех кто ожидал субботнего алкобезумства, а из-за так, блин, неожиданно закончивщейся лицензии на алкогольную продукцию, пришлось довольствоваться лишь пивом или вовсе искать другие места проведения досуга. но хватит о грустном! вечеринка определённо удалась. Скотт просто рвал, крошил и потрошил танцпол отличнейшей музыкой. а концовка его сета из самого доброго и басистого регги не оставила равнодушным навреное ни кого. к сожалению мы не смогли записать его сэт, но у меня, тем не менее, есть чем с вами поделиться. Скотт на самом деле потрясающий человек! гуляя по москве и по питеру я узнал от него много интересного и полезного. потрясающе талантливый музыкант и просто хороший человек он рассказывал про свои будущие проекты и планы. а так же про свой проект Malakai, который чуть было не выпустил альбом на EMI, но как это часто бывает с мэйджорами что-то не срослось и проект так и не увидел свет. я же хочу с вами поделиться миксом, сделанным Boca45 от имени этого проекта.

за сим пока всё. завтра выложу плейлист Функций Фанка на радио fmgu.ru, пока вы кстати можете послушать запись этой радио программы на сайте fmgu. ещё раз всех люблю, целую и обнимаю ;)2008-09-3000 minFunk and BeyondФункции Фанка podcastв этот раз решил не выдумывать особой концепции и смиксовать свои последние приобретения старого доброго фанка и соула с современными мелодиями, так же появившимися в моей коллекции этой весной. хах. коллекция весна-лето :) очень хочется отметить несколько отличных вещей. первое - это трек Organization - Smokey Feeling. не так давно приобрёл эту сорокопятку и узнал, что это бутлег. альбом этой группы вышел где-то в 90х годах. альбом не ахти надо сказать, но вот этот единственный трек оказался настоящей бомбой. его и выпустили на сингле. к сожалению нелегально. ну да ладно. копия качественная и звучит всё великолепно. жирно и грязно. красота. ещё один интересный исполнитель - The Bongolian. некто Nasser Boudza - талантливейший музыкант. виртуозно играет на бонгах и на хаммонде. музыка - самый настоящий "сырой" фанк и космическая психоделия. в лучших традициях старых добрых 60х. как я упустил его прошлогодний альбом, ума не приложу! тем не менее он теперь у меня в коллекции, чего и вам желаю. называется A Psychodelic Trip To...
