Long before the Skipið siglir song or album there had been discussions about making a marine song with a simple refrain suited for a drunk-like choir. This is the first attempt at lyrics, which RusicRemix picked up and made into a seperate song. However, this stays in the realm of remixes as it carries some of the emotional content and purpose that eventually went into the actual Skipið siglir. Therefore it doesn´t matter that these lyrics were made before the final version, it´s like a doubly inverse-reversed temporal remix.
