Το έγραψε γιατί είχε κάτι να πει. Και το λέει ευγενικά, με τέχνη και πανέμορφα ελληνικά. Φτιάχνει μια ιστορία που κυλάει αβίαστα και φυσικά, εκτυλίσσεται σε μέρη αληθινά και αναγνωρίσιμα και οι χαρακτήρες του είναι ζωντανοί και ανθρώπινοι. Τίποτα δεν προσπαθεί να σ’ εντυπωσιάσει σ’ αυτό το βιβλίο. Μάλλον να σε καλωσορίσει επιθυμεί. Να σου δώσει να απολαύσεις μια ιστορία ακέραιη που σε απορροφά και δυσκολεύεσαι να ξεχάσεις.
