Mindfulness-based Stress...2021-08-031h 16暂停实验室的EBP答疑精选暂停实验室的EBP答疑精选不同的心理干预流派 & 成分党 ?(积极心理学精选-窦泽南20210802)这是开心窦在 EBP 19 期行动营 8 月 2 日积极心理学第二次答疑的精选:不同的心理干预流派 & 成分党 ?请问主创们是如何看待这六大心理学干预体系(CBT, MBSR, ACT, Positive Psychology, MBCT, and DRM)的区别的?从发展时间和内容来看,MBSR,ACT和MBCT都是在CBT基础上发展而来的(我个人的理解),为何不致力于完善CBT,而要发展一个新的分支,这是因为方法之间有显著差别,还是要占山为王发展自己的门派?在我这个工程师出身的人看来,暂停实验室的正念书写行动营采用的是解决问题的工程学思路,为被情绪所困的人提供可实操的方法,而不会迷失于各个体系中。管它这个T(therapy)还是那个T,只要能实现感恩而非抱歉「生而为人」的就是好T。我之所以有这个问题,是我一直以来对心理学发展内在逻辑的困惑。我是学自动控制的,一直读到博士,后来因痴迷教学便开始研究认知心理学。习惯工程领域论文文风的我刚开始读心理学文献时第一反应是:怎么搞心理学的这么多「杠精」?因为很多文章都是对评论的回复(a reply to commentaries),这种现象在工科论文中很少见。借用《情绪》一书中使用的情绪粒度(emotional granularity)这个概念,也许我的认知粒度(cognitive granularity)可能不够精细,在我看来很多评论都是抨击研究的局限性。研究人的科学当然有局限性,每个研究只能专注很小的局部,连物理学都尚未发展出大统一理论,何况研究人的科学。所以看到这六大心理干预体系,我也有同样的困惑,在我看来这些体系在去繁化简之后不就是正念+斯多葛吗?各个体系真有独自存在的必要吗?前面提到我是学自动控制的,我觉得心理干预相当于构建一个闭环控制系统:其中包括控制目标、控制算法、执行机构和传感器,这样可以实现自动调节心理达到控制目标。所以成功的心理干预可以看成设置合理的控制目标,当传感器感受到的状态与控制目标有差距时,执行机构就会在相应的控制算法下调节心理,减小甚至消除差别。这个心理干预系统的有效性就取决于:目标是否合适、传感器灵敏度是否合适(过钝过敏都不好)、控制器是否有效以及执行机构是否灵活。从这个角度来看,积极心理学有助于设置目标,正念和日常生活重建法有助于提高传感器的灵敏度,认知行为疗法以及派生的MBSR, ACT和MBCT则是帮助改善控制算法和执行机构的。所以从期望达到有效心理干预的角度来看,我个人觉得无需纠结到底使用哪个体系,而更多是注重可改善每个环节性能的方法,行动起来。2021-08-0314 minThe Human Potential ProjectThe Human Potential Project#20 - Per Norrgren: How meditation can transform your mind and your lifeIn Episode #20 Basis London founder Tom McAdam speaks with meditation and mindfulness teacher Per Norrgren.Meditation and mindfulness practice are powerful antidotes to the stresses and challenges of the modern world.
