Wenn man Ralf Schaardt beschreiben möchte,
ist es wohl einfacher mit den Sachen zu beginnen die er noch nicht gemacht hat.
1983 eine Afrika Tour alleine, Supermoto Meisterschaften, Versorger auf Rally Veranstaltungen, Enduro Meisterschaften und eigentlich alles was ein Motor hat und rollt…achja und natürlich auch Trial!
Aber Ralf erzählt nicht nur einen Schwung aus seiner Geschichte, sondern auch ganz viel über das Thema Mental Training, was er so spannend daran findet, wie er trainiert, welche Ziele dahinter stecken und weshalb eigentlich jeder mal ein solches Training durchführen sollte.
