Like I think if there's any book anyone should read in 2025, this is a really good book because there's a lot in the book. Like I actually think I'm going to reread it because there's so much in it that it's hard to keep up with notes and that. But it was really good."

Click here to reply to @SukainaWrites "So please don't force yourself to finish a book. This is also normalizing that. O my God. If some book does not interest you, don't go back to that book. That book will destroy your reading hobby. And I'm saying it with all the goodness in my heart. I know that. Take care."

@RWU_Bookclub | A fairytale retelling I've read in recent times...
Click here to reply to @RWU_Bookclub "A fairy tale retelling in recent times that I've read is Tikarella by Tanzania Glover. It's part of a three series with three books and Tickerella is based out of Cinderella, a retelling of Cinderella. And it talks about a woman who is plus size and she's black. Oh, I love it when I get to read black romance authors and it's not intense. Basically, people have this assumption that romance written by black authors is always intense or it's very serious."

@Blastkat | A children's classic you recommend
Click here to reply to @Blastkat "My favorite children's classic from when I was little was Alice in Wonderland. I just think that when it was read to me, my perception of the book was, regardless of what goes wrong, as long as you keep moving forward, you can always do something to set it right. So that's something that I would definitely recommend for anybody."

Click here to reply to @SukainaWrites "It's not like I've read Better Smart. And there's a lot of. Just the amount of content I've read in romance books that has intimate scenes, that has sex scenes. Click here to reply to @SukainaWrites "It is one of its first kind, the. The non linear. There is no narrative, there's no, you know, these. There's no template writing or there it's. It's abstract and you will also try to figure out where this is going. But in spite of it being so bizarre, it still manages to take you through Maria's journey and also makes you see the perceptions that she wants to introduce you to."

It's the, it's like what any man in love or who has a girlfriend or who is committed is supposed to do. You're not. Click here to reply to @Mr.Ghai "At some parts of this novel where she is tortured and kicked out of the house while she is pregnant. But as well as the novel mode revolves around the theme of psychosexual development and it's more like the concept of a parent being inclined towards her mother, I mean, to the opposite gender in a sexual way rather than, you know, just. Rather than just being a son or a daughter, the opposite genders attract sexually. Forget the term, what it is really called."

And then the second part is the. Her. The Takako, you know, kind of trying to understand what her relationship is with her family and what she wants exactly in life."

There are a couple of heart wrenching scenes thrown in between for emotional depth. So, you know, bits like this actually balance out the horrific nature of the crimes in the book. And so, yeah, sum up, you have well developed characters, brilliant plot twists, and red herrings to make you go crazy."
