The wooden car, resembling a tank with a Chinese national flag in the front, was a special National Day(国庆节) gift (礼物）made by his grandfather(爷爷）. 你在餐厅里或许会看到一些人独自吃饭。
在过去，这些人可能会对“一人食”这件事感到尴尬，因为这或许意味着他
们没有朋友，不爱社交。但如今，情况正发生着变化。
“一人食”在中国也日益流行起来。“独自吃饭能让人们在私人空间中自由 地享用晚餐，”《中国日报》这样评论。
的确，当人们选择与他人共同进餐时，会无可避免受到同桌人的影响。如果一起就餐的人们习惯相似，他们便能幸运地享用一顿令人满意的菜
肴。
不然的话，大家就得面对一些令人尴尬的情况:不良的餐桌礼仪、不爱 吃的菜以及让人心烦的对话。
因此，“一人食”能够帮助大家避免糟糕的晚饭饭局、尴尬的人群以及无聊的对话。
北京师范大学新生王珂蕊便是个好例子。她常常独自在食堂吃饭，享受一个人的时光。
她说:“独自吃饭并不意味着我很孤独。恰恰相反，这能让我享受‘独处时光’，并且思考在学习过程中遇到的挑战。”
波士顿咨询公司的一份报告显示，如今许多收入稳定的年轻人都开始重新审视自己的社会角色。
28岁的赵莲雪是北京的一名媒体工作者，她表示，自己很享受独居生活。
由于不用给家人做饭，赵莲雪经常一个人在餐馆或者便利店吃饭。闲暇之余，她能读自己喜欢的书籍、爬山、去观光或者购物。
“这很贴心......但我真觉得这样没必要。我很享受‘一人食’，”赵莲雪说道。不难看出，对于许多年轻人而言，独自吃饭并非孤独，更多的是自由和
独立。

95后们通常第一份工作只会做几个月，所以要是公司想要留住他 们，不让他们出走，那就得做出调整。
《杭州日报》援引一家私人招聘公司的调查称，2019年春季，多达 76.6%的受访者在积极地寻找新工作。跳槽的首要原因是对薪水不 满意，其次是职业发展前景不明，升职空间有限。
调查显示，超过65%的受访者认为，选择离职是由于薪酬和福利较 低，其他因素也包括对具体职位缺乏兴趣、升职前景黯淡和工作压 力大。
对于越来越多的中国年轻职场人来说，春节假期后重返工作岗位的 第一天就是他们辞职的那一天。
比起被一视同仁的对待，千禧一代更喜欢被区别对待。他们的长辈 可能会对平庸的工作感到满足(尽管满意程度是一个不太好的职业 衡量标准)，但千禧一代则不然。
他们会一直寻找，直到得到他们需要的东西，比方说:学习和成长 的机会、目标感和高质量的公司管理。能够考虑到这三个工作期望 的领导者们就能激发年轻人的忠诚。
千禧一代想要的东西跟其他人别无二致，这并非巧合。他们只是要 得更多一些，而且不太可能傻等天上掉下来好工作。
除了有吸引力的报酬外，非金钱的福利也是吸引员工的手段的一部 分，不能忽视。
从一个不满意的员工的角度来看，他会认为公司没给够待遇，甚至 就是被公司画了大饼，所以他可能会用离职来回敬公司。从雇主的 角度来看，给了员工一年的辅导和信任，结果却失去了一名专业人 才。
