वोडाफोन के सब्सक्राइबर गिरे पैंतालीस लाख एक महीने में ओटीटी प्लेटफार्म से कहा जा रहा है कि वो टेलीकाम कंपनियों के नेटवर्क का फायदा उठाती हैं इसलिए इसका भुगतान करें. सेल्युलर ऑपरेटर एसोसिएशन ने बाकायदा इस बारे में सरकार से अपील की है. इनका कहना है कि सरकार सेम सर्विस सेम रूल , यानी समान सेवा समान नियम के सिद्धांत पर चले तो सलाना 800 करोड़ कमा सकती है ये काल तो हमारे प्लेटफार्म पर ही करते हैं लेकिन सरकार को नेटवर्क एक्सेस चार्जेज लगाएँगी टेल्को कंपनियां. एयरटेल ने हरियाणा और ओडिषा में प्रीपेड दाम बढ़ा दिए हैं. यरटेल ने हरियाणा और ओडिशा में अपने उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ा झटका दिया है। एयरटेल ने बेसिक प्लान की कीमत 57 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ा दी है। यानी अब मिनिमम रिचार्ज के लिए आपको 99 रुपए की जगह 155 रुपए देने पड़ेंगे। एयरटेल ने बेसिक प्लान की वैलेडिटी भी घटाई है। अब बेसिक प्लान 28 दिन की जगह 24 दिन ही चलेगा। एयरटेल ने अभी हरियाणा और ओडिशा में इसे ट्रायल के तौर पर शुरू किया है। एयरटेल कंपनी जल्द ही सभी जगह इसे लागू कर सकती है। एयरटेल ने क्यों बढ़ाई कीमत ? एयरटेल के कीमत बढ़ाने के पीछे का कारण ये बताया जा रहा है कि वो एवरेज रेवेन्यू पर यूजर (ARPU) को बढ़ाना चाहती है। एयरटेल का ARPU इस वित्तीय वर्ष के दूसरे क्वार्टर में 190 रुपए था। एयरटेल इसे 300 रुपए तक पहुंचाना चाहती है। 155 रुपए के प्लान में आपको क्या मिलेगा ? एयरटेल के 155 रुपए के प्लान में आपको अनलिमिटेड कॉलिंग के साथ 1 जीबी डेटा और 300 SMS मिलेंगे। इस प्लान की वैलेडिटी 24 दिन रहेगी। ऐसे कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि एयरटेल अपने 155 रुपए से नीचे के सभी रिचार्ज प्लान बंद कर सकती है। कंपनी ने इस प्लान को ट्रायल के तौर पर दो सर्कल में शुरू किया है। जल्द ही सभी सर्कल में इसे लागू कर सकती है। पिछले साल दिसंबर में टैरिफ रेट बढ़ाए गए थे. कुछ दिन के अंतर पर सभी मोबाइल कंपनियों ने रिचार्ज पैक महंगा कर दिया था. अब अगले दौर की तैयारी है. कंपनियां अभी 5G के माथापच्ची में उलझी हैं. जैसे ही यह मामला निपटेगा, मोबाइल का रिचार्ज महंगा हो जाएगा. मोबाइल कंपनियों का कहना है कि ‘एवरेज रेवेन्यू पर यूजर’ यानी कि ARPU में सुधार लाने के लिए रिचार्ज पैक महंगा करना मजबूरी है. इसके लिए कंपनियां सस्ते रिचार्ज कराने वाले या इनएक्टिव ग्राहकों को बाहर करेंगी. इससे पहले दिसंबर 2021 में टैरिफ के रेट बढ़ाए गए थे. इस रेट बढ़ोतरी के बाद अधिकांश वैसे ग्राहकों ने सिम बंद करा दिए जिनके पास एक से अधिक सिम कार्ड थे. वैसे सिम बंद कराए गए जो बिना रिचार्ज के चलते थे. ऐसे ग्राहकों के बाहर होने से रिलायंस जियो को सबसे अधिक फायदा हुआ क्योंकि एक्टिव यूजर की संख्या बढ़ गई. ***About Knocking News (नॉकिंग न्यूज़)*** This is a analysis channel of Girijesh Vashistha. Bharti Airtel and Jio’s March quarter results were strikingly different. There was hardly any sign of the December tariff hikes in Jio’s results. On the other hand, Bharti Airtel’s average revenue per user or ARPU expanded by 14% last quarter compared to Jio’s Arpu growth of a mere 1.7%. Airtel’s India wireless business grew by 16% sequentially, much higher than Jio’s 6% growth. This implies massive market share gains for Airtel.
