挖藕谈心（第一季）EP01: 喜庆的节日里我却感到抑郁 -- 过节你丧吗？“热闹是他们的，我什么也没有”，节假日的抑郁情绪好像来得格外强烈。你也有吗？真巧，我们也有～大家好，我是一口气看了6小时知否知否的Emma。我是过年很不开心的塞拉。欢迎来听哇哦谈心～01 我是个loser？ Emma: 这不是过年了嘛，所以我们就想聊聊节假日抑郁，因为我们想知道是不是有人也跟我们一样不合时宜地有点丧 哈哈哈哈哈塞拉：对，从大年三十开始我心情就特别低落，但是朋友圈啦微信群啦都洋溢着非常欢乐的气氛，我家人也是热热闹闹地在准备过节，我就更加憋屈，因为感觉全世界都很开心只有我一个人在这儿晦气，不知道能跟谁讲，能怎么发泄，感觉会扫别人的兴。然后我就在心中呐喊，啊，真的所有人过年都很快乐吗？只有我在这种重大节日很depressed而且觉得自己一事无成是个loser吗？Emma: 嗯嗯理解。世界如此欢闹，我却依然孤独。其实我妈也觉得我一事无成，哈哈哈哈哈 塞拉：但是你说你现在面对你妈这种评论很淡定了，感觉不会影响到你的心情了。Emma: 我觉得今年我的确不像以前那样容易被我妈影响了。不过以前她说我啥也没有的时候，我还是会激动一下，过年的时候，感觉长辈尤其会唠叨。我总感觉过年的时候爸妈们会暗搓搓的丧。所以才会更多唠叨。我以前就会跟她摆事实举例子，说我的人生追求，说她看问题太局限啊什么的，哈哈哈哈哈。今年我就觉得，我理解我妈的出发点，也理解她的担忧。无非是希望我能过得衣食无忧平安健康。塞拉：嗯可怜天下父母心，都会希望孩子过得好吧。Emma: 嗯只是在如何实现的方式上我们俩有分歧。而且我妈说的是她的世界里的观点，我有我的看法。所以今年过年我也都没跟她争论，因为争论了也不会太改变她的看法。其实以前我跟她争论说的话也没有在用她能理解和接受的方式说，不过是我自己对自己说罢了。我今年就突然感觉她对我的评价是她的事，好像和我没啥关系，好像也不是理性在压制感性，就是很自然地没有那么在意。所以也许我妈觉得我是个loser，我没有再因为她的评判而感到难过或者生气了。毕竟我的生活还是我自己的。可能也是我更接纳也更相信自己了吧。而且有趣的是，当我不被影响的时候，我们俩反而能把这是当作玩笑来开，我妈好像也开始在接纳我对自己生活的选择。 塞拉：这种状态真好， 很令我向往啊。我大概是上大学之后吧，一直希望自己能做到不要过分被他人评价或者外界事物所影响，但是到现在十年过去了我还是没有很好地做到，只能说比过去是强了一点吧。Emma: 我觉得可能是过去的一年我做正念练习的频率比之前高了很多，正念练习真的在这方面很有帮到我。就是让我慢慢建立起了和其他人相处的边界，有意识地拒绝吸收一些周围对我的消解。塞拉：Ok，所以我也还是要好好练习正念。希望明年过春节的时候我可以开心地跟大家说我已经可以不以物喜不以己悲。但是今年真的还是不行，收到亲朋发来的祝福只能强颜欢笑地回复。02 散聊知否知否>.
