Selbstgemachter Limoncello:
10 Zitronen
1 Liter 96 % Alkohol
1 Liter Wasser
500 g Zucker
Zitronen dünn schälen, die Schalen für 2 Wochen in den Alkohol legen.
Nach 2 Wochen einen Sirup aus dem Wasser und dem Zucker herstellen. Abkühlen lassen. Den Alkohol durch ein Sieb abgießen, die Zitronenschalen wegschmeißen. Zuckersirup und Alkohol vermengen, in Flaschen abfüllen und mindestens 2 Wochen durchziehen lassen.
Für Limoncello Spritz 40 ml Limoncello mit 200 ml Sekt aufgießen, bei Bedarf etwas Zitronensaft dazu. Und viele Eiswürfel.
