四、僅觀待世間而安立正倒世俗及其依據。
應成派中，不為現前錯亂因所染之六心與為彼所染之六心、前六心所取之六 境與後六心所取之六境中，顛倒六心、六境，安立為倒世俗;未顛倒之六心、六 境，安立為正世俗。又此唯待世間或名言量而安立為正、倒世俗，非待隨順聖者 理智而安立之，故於中觀自宗，具無明者，見影像等與青色等，觀待顯現境時並 無錯、不錯亂二者，故不區分正、倒世俗。
《入中論》云:「無損六根所取境， 即是世間所了知，唯由世間立為諦;餘由世間立為倒。」
雖然應成派不承許將世俗諦分為正世俗與倒世俗，但主張從世間人的角度將 世俗諦分為正、倒兩種。 在介紹這兩者的差異前，首先將「心」分為兩類:不被現前錯亂因所染污的 心、被現前錯亂因所染污的心。在此，所謂的「錯亂因」，是指造成內心產生錯 亂的因素，其中又可分為究竟與現前兩種:「究竟的錯亂因」，是指無始以來一 直造成內心產生錯亂的因素。例如無明，它使得心在對境時會同時顯現境由自性 所成。
此外，眼前某些內、外因素也會造成心產生錯亂，以致無法看清境的實際 狀態，那些因素就稱為「現前的錯亂因」。舉例來說:有些人因為罹患飛蚊症， 誤以為蚊子在自己眼前飛動，這個例子中飛蚊症就是現前的錯亂因;或是陽光直 射在沙灘上，以致某些動物將陽燄看成水，這也是現前的錯亂因。當某人的心被 現前的錯亂因所染污時，縱使是世間人也能判斷那是顛倒的心;如果沒被現前的錯亂因所染污，而是被究竟的錯亂因影響，這對世間人來說仍舊是正確的心。

如果說法者有說法之心，聽者有聽法之心而從說法者處聽受一句以上的佛法，這位說法者就是此處所說的〔上師〕。
我們通常會十分小心地依止某位名氣較大的上師，而怠慢其他像教字母的啟蒙老師等，這樣作是不對的。例如，傑．珠康巴在對他的啟蒙老師還俗一事未生淨相22之前，不能生起任何證德。《甘露藏》中也說：
「諸善知識如是說：諸佛事業現為師，
不敬師即輕諸佛，有何異熟重於此！」
《黑仇降閻摩續釋難》23中引經說：
「設唯聞一頌，若不奉為師，
百世生犬中，後生賤族姓。」
又如《事師五十頌》中說：
「於彼思為怙主已，既為弟子若輕毀，
即名輕毀一切佛，是故恆常當得苦。」
己二、若於上師生瞋，即壞與彼剎那數相等劫之善根，並經等量劫生於地獄
如是我們對上師發怒的話，經歷的時間有多少剎那（最短的時間單位），我們亦將破壞與此剎那數相等劫中所積的善根，並將留在無間地獄中經歷同樣數量的劫數。《時輪續》中說：
「瞋師一剎那，即壞一劫善，
等量劫中受，地獄等大苦。」

己六、此生中為病等不如意事纏繞
《事師五十頌》中說：
「若有輕毀軌範師，便由疫氣、傷害病，
鬼魅、熾燃或諸毒，增上愚癡而命終。
王法、火難或毒蛇，水或空行或盜賊。
鬼魅、邪引所殺害，從此墮入有情獄。
故於一切軌範師，何時不應惱亂心，
諸凡所說無間等，極可怖畏眾地獄，
一切輕毀軌範者，佛說當住於彼處。」

己七、後世漂流於無邊惡趣
《金剛手灌頂續》中說，這是輕毀上師的最大過患。雖然在其他經典中，說有許多因造罪而入地獄的事例，但這一密續卻未說明輕毀上師者將投生於何等地獄。該續中，金剛手問佛道：「溥伽梵，若有輕毀阿闍黎者，彼等當感何異熟？」薄伽梵回答說：
「金剛手，莫作是語，天人世間悉皆恐怖！秘密主，然當略說：
勇士應諦聽，我說無間等，
諸極苦地獄，即是彼生處，
住彼無邊劫，是故一切種，
不應輕上師。」
因為薄伽梵考慮到，如果詳實回答的話，將會引起天、人世間的恐怖，那些大菩薩也會因悲心難忍而昏倒，所以只概略地說需長年滯留於無間地獄。因此，我們無論如何不能輕毀上師。

不依止的過患，正好與上述八種依止利益相反，也就是〔不能趨近佛位〕等等。
不如法依止的過患也有八種。如果我們在決定依止以後，又不如法依止的話，過失將極為嚴重。所以，我們應該先認真地觀察能不能依止某位上師，然後再決定是否要向其求法。
己一、若輕毀上師即輕毀諸佛上師代表一切佛的總體前來度我，如果輕視譭謗上師，就是輕視譭謗一切佛。對一位佛尚需視為非同小可的對象，更何況是一切佛呢！
如果說法者有說法之心，聽者有聽法之心而從說法者處聽受一句以上的佛法，這位說法者就是此處所說的〔上師〕。
我們通常會十分小心地依止某位名氣較大的上師，而怠慢其他像教字母的啟蒙老師等，這樣作是不對的。例如，傑．珠康巴在對他的啟蒙老師還俗一事未生淨相22之前，不能生起任何證德。《甘露藏》中也說：
「諸善知識如是說：諸佛事業現為師，
不敬師即輕諸佛，有何異熟重於此！」
《黑仇降閻摩續釋難》23中引經說：
「設唯聞一頌，若不奉為師，
百世生犬中，後生賤族姓。」
又如《事師五十頌》中說：
「於彼思為怙主已，既為弟子若輕毀，
即名輕毀一切佛，是故恆常當得苦。」
己二、若於上師生瞋，即壞與彼剎那數相等劫之善根，並經等量劫生於地獄
如是我們對上師發怒的話，經歷的時間有多少剎那（最短的時間單位），我們亦將破壞與此剎那數相等劫中所積的善根，並將留在無間地獄中經歷同樣數量的劫數。《時輪續》中說：
「瞋師一剎那，即壞一劫善，
等量劫中受，地獄等大苦。」

己八、一切生中匱乏善知識
這與前面所說的依止知識利益之一正好相反。
如果遇不到善知識的話，我們將不斷地受生在連〔法〕的名字都聽不到的無暇處。簡言之，如宗喀巴大師所說：
「所有現後諸福聚，緣起善成根本者，
謂由意樂及加行，如理親近善知識。」
世人所有的幸福快樂都是如理依止善知識的結果，所有的不幸失意都是不依止或不如法依止善知識的結果。如果我們不如法依止上師的話，不僅使我們在現世中遇不到其他善知識，在來世各生中也將遇不到善知識。《甘露藏》中說：
「雖百返獲樂趣身，因彼不敬等流果，
生無暇處不得聞，下至〔正法〕、〔善士〕名。」
此依止知識法不要說出於故意，即便在不觀不想情況下，許多平凡的事，其微細緣起32也會導致各種善惡的結果。（帕繃喀大師接著舉了一些事例來說明這一點：密勒日巴供養瑪爾巴一口空鍋屬錯誤緣起，而當他首次與瑪爾巴見面時，將瑪爾巴賜予的酒全部喝乾又屬正確緣起。瑪爾巴先向本尊頂禮再向上師那若巴頂禮視為錯誤緣起。由於仲敦巴師事賽尊巴和阿底峽尊者，阿底峽尊者師事金洲，密勒日巴師事瑪爾巴均極如法，以及宗喀巴大師在瓊波勒巴33灌頂室的牆上塗金等，所以後來他們的宏法事業十分廣大。）因為依師法具有極大的關要，所以很小的善惡緣起也會產生重大的後果。
嘉曹法王34最初是帶著諍辯的念頭來找宗喀巴大師，（帕繃喀大師講了些嘉曹法王來到宗喀巴大師跟前發生的一些情況35，然後說：）像這樣動機 雖不好，但緣起極好，以及動機雖好但緣起極不好的情況多種多樣，所以我們對此應當小心謹慎。
稱說自己上師的名號時，許多人稱之為〔某某先生〕，這樣的稱呼是不對的。在稱上師名時，應加上〔尊前〕等敬詞。每當阿底峽尊者稱金洲之名時，必合掌讚歎；如果聽到別人說到金洲的名字時，他便立即起身以示恭敬。就我而言，雖然不是自讚，但當別人突然提我大寶上師的名號時，心裡總是感到極大的不安。（帕繃喀大師又說，如果上師尚在世的話，不可使用〔難稱其名〕一詞。36）

Mit neurophysiologischen Untersuchungs-methoden wie der EEG konnten zeitliche und räumliche Zusammenhänge von neuronalen Aktivierungen aufgedeckt werden.
Jedoch stoßen die klassischen neurophysiologischen Untersuchungsmethoden bei der Identifizierung von morphologischen Strukturen sehr schnell an die Grenzen ihres Auflösungsvermögens von wenigen Zentimetern.
Es liegt nahe, moderne hochauflösende Untersuchungsverfahren wie die MRT einzusetzen, um weitere morphologische Informationen bei der Entstehung von komplexen Nervenzellaktivitäten zu gewinnen.

The increasing knowledge in this area facilitates the physiological interpretation of P300 findings as well as the link between P300 research and other research findings in biological psychiatry. Concerning the question of neurochemical substrates, the glutamatergic, GABAergic, cholinergic, noradrenergic, dopaminergic and serotonergic influences on P300 are reviewed.
